Nice canvas, shame not what ordered!
I love my canvas but it was supposed to come framed. The frame in the photos on the website is a black glossy frame. I actually went a size smaller from what I originally wanted specifically because the largest size couldn't be ordered framed..
What arrived was a canvas n a load of bits of wood for me to wrap the canvas round creating a frame less wall piece. This is completely different from shown on website or what I actually ordered.
Really not impressed this was essentially a DIY thing you charged me extra for!

The product ordered was described as "100cm x 70cm WITH FRAME" The only other option was canvas only. In addition, the photo of the product (which was even included in the order confirmation) clearly shows a thin, black, glossy frame all the way round the canvas.
This is different to the product I received. If there is a third option that you claim I have somehow ordered in error, I feel that is a mistake on the part of your website not being clear.
Bottom line, if you order a canvas that the product description called "with frame" and the photo of it shows a frame, don't be surprised when customers expect it to come framed.

AVOID the product and the company
AVOID.
Very poor communication, unclear about the whole "framing" process, very rude on email, a very long ordering time and when the product did finally arrive is was very poor. I ordered a "framed" product, and it arrived as a DIY canvas, with very poor instructions, a useless online video on "how to do it". Returning it immediately. AWFUL.

I ordered 2 art pieces & thought the price was very good, especially for being framed. Problem was, they weren’t framed. You go to the site, you click on a picture you like, you select a size & ‘with frame’ & then you pay. Unfortunately there is nothing there to indicate they are DIY……. UNLESS you click on read more & go to the very last line. The frame itself is cheap wood & compressed cardboard for the perimeter with absolutely no center support. I was very happy with the canvas paintings themselves, but I would never have paid additional money for the quality of the DIY frame. My pictures are now at Michael’s where they will be properly framed. I felt the site was intentionally set up this way & somewhat deceptive. I have responded to the company & would hope that they would credit my account for the additional price they charge for ‘framed’ which would be $30 for each picture ($60). Ord#54617
