Great service from start to finish
Helpful staff at the store. Very prompt delivery service. Setup of new washing machine was very efficient, with attention to detail and levelling , as well as cleanup of any water during removal of the old machine. Delivery staff removed and replaced a door during installation and remained friendly and courteous throughout, would use again in the future.

New dishwasher …
Our first stop on the hunt for a new dishwasher was Canadian Appliance Source. We were able to compare the brands we already researched right there in the showroom as they had lots of models on display.
After lots of discussion, getting information on specific features of two different brands, we made our decision and made our purchase. What started off looking like we would need to go from store to store - we went to one store and will definitely return the next time we need another new appliance.
Delivery was exactly as scheduled and everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional.

purchase of upright freezer
Personnel were very good polite and helpful. Pricing was better than most places. My only criticism would be the availability to see the product or one similar and pictures were hard to see details. Delivery timing and personnel were top notch.

One stop shop!
Aryan Gill was our salesman out of the Winnipeg Transcona store. I ordered online and he made the experience effortless. His demeaner was friendly, respectful and he was patient as I was a bit nervous about ordering sight unseen. We are out of town customers however and needed to pick up the appliances in one stop. Your warehouse pick up location was perfect since we live N.E. of Winnipeg. The huge warehouse was impressive and stocked full of every type of appliance you could imagine! It was very clean and seemed to be well organized. Staff at the warehouse were very efficient and helpful but a friendly smile would have made the experience just a tad more comfortable.

I bought a lg washer and dryer set last week and had it installed the dryer is not working I’ve called lg and did the troubleshooting it’s still not working it’s leaking and draining water onto my floor they have not installed this properly nobody is returning my calls or emails this is not the experience I anticipated dealing with your company this was a huge purchase for me and I saved up for this I need the issue rectified asap
