Worst service you can use they are mostly all lazy typical union workers that cry when they have to work 8 hours. Pathetic bunch should have all stayed on strike until the government got rid of you al... See more

The delivery times are extremely long
The delivery times are extremely long. A pkg out for delivery in Sudbury Ontario takes 2 days to get to Capreol Ontario, 45 minutes away. They are constantly delayed and I never receive my pkgs on time. Annoying and frustrating to say the least
Dreadful service, NEVER arrives on time IF it arrives at all.
Once again, Canada Post fails to deliver a parcel to my community box, says it's delivered but the box is empty AGAIN! I've lost track of how many times they've failed to do the one thing they're supposed to do...Deliver mail! What a joke, NEVER use them, use a reliable service from any other parcel delivery service.
Service Tickets a Joke UPDATE Canada Post delivered the insurance cheque for the lost/stolen parcel to my daughter’s address (Ontario) BUT made it out to me (Nova Scotia) HOW CAN THEY BE SO INCOMPETENT?? 🤬
This whole process of opening a service ticket to try and find my parcel is just a delay tactic while Canada Post hopes the lost or stolen parcel turns up. In the meantime, they send automated emails to both parties asking for information that has mostly already been submitted to make it seem like they are actually trying to do something.
There is someone somewhere who knows the truth about what happened to this large parcel. And, as expected, I was not given any kind of report on when and where my parcel actually disappeared off the Canada Post system even though I requested that information. The only thing that will relieve the stress and frustration of this bad experience would be to have someone else care about what happened to my daughter’s parcel besides me and her.
Excellent and exemplary experience at the Canada Post, Toronto
I have had such a wonderful experience with the Canada Post, Toronto. I had gone to the Shoppers Drug Mart location at the Eaton Centre. Mr. Dave was so helpful and kind. The knowledge he has is remarkable, extremely polite and willing to help, even though it was closing hours. I truly appreciate his patience and kindness. Thank you, Mr. Dave!
Canada post is a joke our community…
Canada post is a joke our community mailbox was taken by an accident, it was reported and 3 weeks later no reply as to when it will be replaced not even notification from them of how people get their mail. Disgusting service total joke. They deserve a 0 rating.
Worst experience with this company
Worst experience with this company. They don't train their employees properly. 5 people told me different information and making me waste my time and money to pay for their low quality service. If i have a choice i would never use their company to receive or send mail.
I sent my son a care package
I sent my son a care package, with cologne samples, taped the tops well, and packaged in a zip lock bag. I added red stickers to clearly marked the box "fragile, liquid, and this side up". The package arrived trashed.. and obviously had been kicked around. I wonder if they did that on purpose? It should not even have been delivered!
Slow delivery, inconsistent service.
Lazy union workers that complain about working. Consistently going on strike delaying parcel delivery. It takes them days to deliver something from Laval, QC, to Ottawa, ON. I could have literally jogged to quebec, got the order, and jogged back quicker and with an extra $30 saved in my pockets.
I work for pharmacy company and there…

The worst for parcel delivery
The worst for parcel delivery. Package was picked up in B.C. And was to be delivered to Saskatchewan. Sat in B.C. For many days and then was sent to Toronto. 10 days after package was received in B.C., it is now being sent from Toronto, to me in Saskatchewan. They wonder why they are losing money...thy are awful. 10 days...10 days and counting.
I was at the post office in Newmarket…
I was at the post office in Newmarket and Benham went above and beyond to help me.
My keys with a War Amps tag were…
My keys with a War Amps tag were deposited for me by a restaurant owner out of town. She asked if I would come and pick them up but I thought that with the tag I would have them in a week. That was Feb 14. As of today .. April 3, I have not received them yet.I have phoned CP at least 4 times and got the runaround each time. They don't care
VERY VERY VERY SLOW SHIPPING
VERY VERY VERY SLOW SHIPPING. My package was in missisauga for 10 days.

The worst company ever
The worst company ever. They NEVER deliver! They always stick a post it and run away
Mis-Gendered By Rude Canada Post Agent
I called into Canada Post yesterday and was called Madam by the agent at least THREE TIMES after I told him I was a sir and NOT a madam. He kept calling me madam at least three times after I corrected him which was rude and disrespectful.
Same package lost twice
Same package lost twice. First one said "delivered" when it wasn't. Second had a delivery date change to item delayed and then lost. No follow up on either "service ticket" from them. They just don't care one bit about whether or not you get your package because they are so far underwater financially and so antiquated in terms of tracking and customer service. Tragic really that the national postal service of Canada is just a big joke now.
Mailman don't want to deliver package just drop off delivery notice instead
I used their check feature I'm in line next or disconnects me now I got to redo it and put all my information in that doesn't work it won't let me talk to an agent oh let me phone them no over half an hour wait time past week so how am I supposed to get my mail delivered properly
You wonder why packages go missing and…
You wonder why packages go missing and get stolen? Because the "new" workers are asking questions like "how much is your package worth" and "what is your package"...asking private information. I lost a $300 package due to this. Don't ever trust a "new" worker.
