I understood that i would not be paying any initial fees until my eligibility, award of employment contract, accommodation readiness and visa processes have been confirmed while i prepared to pay USD5000 however in the middle of the conversation i was informed to process payment for onboarding account to be opened before my documents will be loaded. It was at this point that i was uncomfortable making payment on the spot. As a matter of carefulness, i would not want to fall for an incident of misrepresentation without confirming through other agencies. Again, the phone number was different from what was displayed on websites. I tried reaching the UK number but it was not connecting. Solely relying on email thread and phone conversation without verifying the authenticity of office and appropriate personnel would be negligent on my side.

I did my research before starting with Canadacis and in the beginning didn't went so well, after speaking to different people each time and hearing different price tags.
After a few conditions and agreements, I decided to start the procedure with them, but now that %50 of payment is done and we are 7/8 months futher, i can't reach anyone!
For last 4weeks tried to get in contacted with my agent GEMMA by phone or mail but unfortunately no luck at all.
when I try to reach customer service by phone at +1-647-490-6993 and +1-647-945-6690, no one answers. I have tried for at least an hour a day over the past few days, and even when I leave a message, no one calls back. I have also tried to reach customer service by email, but believe it or not, I still haven't heard anything!
I'm really upset about how everything is going right now so please be careful with making choices.
