Ordered a 20 lb large item on Tuesday and it was delivered via USPS on Friday. EXCELLENTLY EXECUTED ELECTRONIC EPURCHASE!

I ordered a pair of Merrell Wilderness boots and was kept informed about the shipment and all other aspects of the purchase. Arrived on time and in new condition.

Fast shipping, great prices

Ordered something from clearance that the website said was "in stock".
However, three days later when we hadn't heard anything about shipping I called to find out what was going on. They were unapologetic and said it was out of stock would not "special order" one for me. I think they could have done better than this. Very disappointed with this experience.

Ordered these and received them super fast. Exactly what I ordered and my son loves them. Thank you for the good experience. I would highly recommend and definitely purchase again.

There was an offer of free return shipping when I ordered the product , so that is what I expect. Whether if it were a misunderstanding or not it's not okay for people in the customer service area to speak to customers in a rude manner or to leave customers unhappy with their business. "Customer" service is within your job title. If you shop and are happy with your product, you'll be happy to shop here. If you need to contact customer service, good luck.

I've became a Campmor fan well before "The Winter of our Discount Tent" catalog. They buy excess stock and pass the savings on. Their inventory changes rapidly. In my opinion they are the backpackers Blue Book.

I live 50-ish minutes from the new Jersey location. Ordered a Xmas present on Thursday. Sent Friday morning. That same day I ordered a item on ebay, from Florida and another from Kansas. I have both items on Monday...still no package from campmor... 50 minutes away from my house.

Really wished they would have told me this at the time of order. I could have canceled or maybe found the time to drive and get it. Now we scramble to find another present and the hassle of a return.

Been ordering from Campmor for more than 30 years. When I need something I don't even check any other sites. I might buy something locally but if I'm going to order online Campmor has my trust and to date they've never let me down.

This marks the 17th day in a row that I've received a promotional email from CampMor despite repeated attempts to unsubscribe. Emails to customer service go unanswered, online chat always "down for maintenance." Horrible, horrible experience.

Campmor gives the best service and everything we have ordered has proven to exceed our expectations and needs. Wish I had found them before we wasted money at other companies for "workwear."

I ordered 2 tripod grills, one from Taiwan and one from China. The one from China was such poor quality; one of the legs were bent. I called Campmor and send me another one from Taiwan with a prepaid label to return the damaged one in 2 days.

I've purchased from Campmor off and on for years (since the paper catalog was the only way to order, so when I decided to order a sleeping bag for my daughter recently, I trusted the brand.
My experience, however was lacking following order placement. Upon initial confirmation, no other correspondence was sent in the way of shipping, invoice, etc. I attempted to call, but it was a holiday weekend so no option for a phone call. I opted to use the online CS inquiry form to contact. No response the following business day and there would be no additional response for 3 days following. It was only when I took to Twitter that I received a response to my inquiries. An understandably terse tweet included the tracking number of my shipment.
The package ended up arriving, but the lack of communication was disheartening and caused undue stress because of an impending camping trip.
I'd be hesitant to use Campmor again; there was never even so much as an apology for the lack of response and communication.

It came the next day, and everything was great. So easy would recommend to anyone looking for outdoor gear.

I ordered a Coleman family tent on sale. I received it in one business day - I do live a few states over from NJ. Absolutely delighted with the product - exactly as described as well as with the speed of delivery. Great job Campmor!!
