Faulty pergola blinds
Emily, we’ve contacted you three times since 21st June 2026. We’re still waiting for a response on our faulty blinds re the Supremo Belfort 2.5 x 2.5 m pergola. It would be nice to be able to enjoy the pergola that we paid good money for. Disappointed as we have been regular customers over the years.

So close to being 5 stars. Initial choice was down for delivery until it wasn’t an available (incorrect stock level). Was offered an additional 10% discount for trouble caused but this only seemed to be on more expensive parasols. Ordered a cheaper model which was in stock and this arrived on time and is excellent quality for the price. I would use this company again but check stock over phone first.
