Swift delivery, great deal on a pizza oven 20% cheaper than everywhere else. Would definitely use again!

Easy to order online. The item I wanted was in stock. I arranged to Click & Collect which was fine, although the hours were a bit tricky for me. The warehouse (not at the main shop) weren’t expecting me but they found my item and helped me load it into the car. Would have been 5 stars if I could have collected a bit later.

Good friendly and prompt service. The delivery guys were very helpful and carried the items where I needed to store. Very professional service all round.

I purchased a Gozney Arc Lite pizza oven with a Gozney oven cover via their website on Tuesday morning. I received immediate clear confirmation by email that my order had been received and soon after another email informing me my order was being processed. They informed me me that once the order had been shipped, I would receive tracing details for the delivery.
To my surprise and delight, my order was delivered to the north of England the next day.
I would definitely recommend this company and have complete faith in their customer service.
I have yet to try out the Gozney pizza oven but it is as I expected and was securely packaged by the manufacturer for safe transport to their customers. The packaging was damaged in transit when received from DPD but no damage had luckily been done to the oven.

Defoo was brilliant - he had to return to my property with a replacement bench & was very helpful & patient allowing me to unpack the item & check it thoroughly - Thank you Defoo!

A good experience, the only issue I had was my delivery people stated that they only do kerbside deliveries, luckily we got over that. The other thing I would say is make sore you are aware of how much marble bases weigh if you have to get them through your house. Quick delivery without without any major problems!

The larger cutting tools were very good but unfortunately the two secauters were HOPELESS.
We could not consistently close them It is a shame because as stated the other tools were GREAT.
My wife who does a lot of gardening said to me "THROW THEM AWAY ".........KIND REGARDS........
