I did not receive all of the samples I ordered. Another color was substituted for one, and there has been no answer to my email asking about the original sample or whether that one was discontinued. Not a promising start.

Samples looked nothing like the quartz
Samples looked nothing like the quartz. Took the samples into my supplier and compared it to both their larger samples and slabs. They were shocked, and double/triple checked to confirm that it was the same color and stone, as they looked nothing like their Caesarstone samples or actual slabs in the warehouse.

Samples didn't arrive...
We still haven't received the 4 samples that we paid for.
After paying $30 for samples, which should've been available at Home Depot, it's been two weeks and we are still empty-handed.
Caesarstone sent us an email, wanting to know how we were enjoying the samples, which seemed odd, since we never got them. We also have no tracking information from them to see what the holdup is.
I hope when the samples finally get here (if ever) that the product is better than the service...
