Do not buy the outdoor material

Do not buy the outdoor material! It started to warp within 2 months, we had it fixed but the installer 3 times. We hired a licensed contractor to install and come to find out they were not “licensed with Caesarstone” and now they not honoring the warranty! Do not waste your moment! It is expensive.

I ordered Caesarstone samples

I ordered Caesarstone samples. It was quick and easy. The samples arrived in a couple days and I was able to easily choose which ones I want for countertops in my new house. The samples are a good size and make it easy to choose. Way better than looking at aphoto online. I would recommend Caesarstone to anyone looking for countertops.

Never again

I had a horrible experience with Caesarstone Raven (dark gray). Developed multiple darker gray splotches that look terrible and will not come out. We have been very careful and I have no idea where these came from... certainly no chemicals or hot pans or spills that we let sit. Contacted CS customer service which offered no help at all... they bascially just blamed me for not caring properly for it. Never again. Strongly encourage everyone to look elsewhere.

Ordered 3 countertop samples off their…

Ordered 3 countertop samples off their website. I was notified the next day that they’ve been picked and we’re on their way and there was no charge for these. Well, I haven’t yet picked my counter. It certainly helped me narrow down my choices and I really appreciated the surprise of excellent service at zero cost. Thank you.

Ordered 4 samples for $30

Ordered 4 samples for $30. They are very small and almost worthless. One was broken. Not moving forward with this material for our counter tops, waterfall as it's way too fragile.

Ordered four samples

Ordered four samples. Only three came with no explanation. I wrote to customer support and they wrote back that they will send the missing sample. I’ve received no shipping details or any other response since then. I needed my sample this week. Now I will likely have to go with another company because the sample didn’t arrive in time.
