Despicable company took on my dept from TSB credit cards which was in dispute over ppi which TSB refused to pay me, passed to many other debt collectors who have came knocking one at 6am, debt is so old probably SATUE BARRED twice over, but they made a unauthorised payment of 5 pounds on my card, to keep this harassment on going, latest passed it to Orbit who knocked twice know, despite me informing them I am a vulnerable adult, to much to add of there malpractice on here, never really listen all about the money no humanity.

Very good, eventually made a deal with them and now I am debt free.

Michelle was very kind and understanding of my situation and offered a smooth service , tackling debt is very daunting but she was genuinely there to help and knows that life happens and just wants you to get back on track instead of this hanging over your head. Chris who assisted me on the call 23/6/26 was excellent! Apart from being polite, extremely helpful and professional he gave me so much information on all aspects of both accounts , leading to one account being settled. The thing that resonated the most was the way he made me feel. There was no judgement , he was so understanding . What a fantastic advisor. Thankyou Chris.

I spoke with Emily for almost 30 minutes. Excellent would be an understatement. She was the kindest agent I had ever spoken to. She made me smile ear to ear with joy, despite the situation. I’m sure all the other staff are also amazing but I doubt they measure up to her brilliant telephone etiquette.
