Iom (08) very excellent service, best driver.

Booked a service to take 4 people plus luggage to the airport with 3 weeks notice.
Received a text confirmation all booked and the price.

17 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to take us to the airport got a phone call increasing the cost from £110 to £140 for the journey.

Was told the person who made the booking was a trainee and got it wrong even though the system shows the correct info. Was then informed I was being done a favour as the normal price is much higher.

Had the phone call been a day earlier then this is understandable, but 17 minutes prior to pickup feels like it was premeditated to not leave us a choice and be effectively ripped off.

Update: spoke with 3 other local companies about booking a return journey, all of which quoted around the £110 -£120 mark.

This company does seem to be operating on basis to scam customers.

Was apprehensive to use a company that i had not used myself previously. The journeys required were for my nervous daughter going from Slough station to Colnbrook. Jay on the phone was friendly and assured me that the driver would be there. They were, and on time. The fare quoted, was the fare charged. The cars were clean, and the drivers were clean and drove responsibly. My daughter was not nervous by the end of it. Given 4 stars, would have given 5 if there was the ability to pay by bank card in the car, its just cash to the driver, thou you can pay by card over the phone. Thank you CabCo.

AVOID THIS TAXI COMPANY - Went on holiday to corfu, booked return taxi one week in advance, confirmed my booking alongside taking payment. the company calls as i am about to board my return flight saying they don't have a cab. Left me stranded or said they can send me a one at 5 times the cost. It seems they only cancelled on me for a more expensive job. No alternative arrangements and ended up having to make other arrangements. I would never trust them.

Excellent service from the cab company during our recent weekend visit to Slough. We used the company several times over the 3 days and found them to be very reliable and the service excellent

Absolutely brilliant I was coming back from slough at night car broke down Rac told me 6hrs wait after waiting 2hrs, so I called cab co and spoke with Mary who arranged for me to be picked up from my car and take me back to my home within 15 mins. Mary was absolute angel for making sure I got home ok her customer service was absolutely amazing she is true asset to the company & the price was unbeatable, I will definitely be using this company again

The most polite taxi service ever.
A small company but totally applaud their efforts.

We booked Cabco Slough through taxipricecompare.co.uk because of reasonable price for a journey from hotel in Slough to Legoland Windsor and back. When we didn’t get the confirmation SMS and phoned to taxi company day before our journey, the issue was dealt promptly and in the morning taxi was there on time. In the evening we were not aware that after fireworks night taxis can’t get to the bus stop near Legoland main entrance, but our driver nr 12 was patient and calm, kept in touch and waited for us in front of Legoland hotel until we got there on a shuttle bus.
Their cars are clean and comfortable and we got excellent service from them, thank you!
