I ordered 2 50p coins and paid £ 2.99…

I ordered 2 50p coins and paid £ 2.99 per coin and £ 2.99 delivery for each, which weren't delivered on time, and have now tried to take £ 28.99 from my account and I haven't ordered anything else, they are robbers, so I will have this payment cancelled, they are absolute con person's, as you can see from reviews.

Conned into signing up for a…

Conned into signing up for a subscription, this was then cancelled and agreed. kept charging me for coins which were not asked for. Coins sent back using the po box address but Westminster still trying to take money from my account.
Do not trust this company with any of your account details, clearly trying to scam unsuspecting customers out of money.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They were rude to me on the phone and told me that the coin I was trying to buy was available but they listed it too low and would only sell it to me for $35.00 more than offering price. Crazy! Horrible business model! Beware of this seller! BAD BUSINESS!

Have had good experiences.

I have ordered from the Westminster Mint about 10 times. The last order I made took over 2 months but it sounds like they were out of silver. All the previous orders were shipped quickly. They are always well packaged and all the silver bars are wrapped in plastic. I am happy with the Westminster Mint.
