Great product but incorrect colour sent
I ordered two colours of the messy bun so I could make a more precise colour Match to my hair. Unfortunately, I received the same colour but in two different boxes, one was clearly mixed up. I will now ave to return them before I can get the correct one. So I won have hem in time for the wedding on Saturday. However, the look and quality of the item is great and can't wait for the correct one to come down.

I was impressed with how quick I recevied my goods but was disappointed that I was sent wrong item, it was then made worse by my email not being responded to. The two stars are purely for delivery.

Great Idea
This item I would reccommened,unfortunately for me the colour was too different from my natural/highlighted colour to blend in and I had to return. I will be keeping an eye on the site though for anymore off the like that appear, as I just love the idea of having longer hair that I can tie up for my holidays. The actual fitting of the hair piece I found easy, and if I can do it anyone can.

Best stick tips on the internet!
Really happy with the service and hair itself from BuyHair. At first, I ordered stick tips from another website to use with micro rings but my hairdresser did not rate them at all. However, he suggested BuyHair and had absolutely no complaints while putting them in for me.

Fantastic!!
I was so apprehensive about ordering on line so i contacted the company by telephone. The girls in the office were absolutely fantastic, they helped me so much, they even took pictures and e-mailed them through to me. I rec'd the product the following day but unfortunately had to return as i'd chosen the wrong colour. This was hassle free and i rec'd another product 2 days after returning the original one. I def wouldn't hestitate to recommend this site and i'll def be using them again in the future! Fantastic service!
