Since we connected he's been super helpful and proactive in getting my account set-up and put on to the right contract to reduce my monthly payments.

It's about the stupidly convoluted procedures in place that mean I am getting charged an exorbitant amount of money for my water supply.

Great customer service. The person I spoke to was polite, professional and helpful. Went above and beyond, assuring that all my queries were answered to and checking several times if there is anything else she could help with. She then followed up with the email I requested, in a timely manner as well. Could not fault the service today. Thank you!

Anton was extremely helpful when I phoned on 5th August to query an invoice which our village hall had received despite having charity exemption. This turned out to be a clinical error. We then discussed the account, charity exemption and online access. The only downside was the fact that Anton spoke extremely quickly. However, he apologised and spoke more clearly when I pointed this out.
