Absolutely shocking trying to get through
Absolutely shocking trying to get through to this company!
2nd time I've tried calling today.
1st time disconnected after 1hr 3 minutes after operator said 3 minutes wait time.
I'm now on my 2nd time of calling , approximate wait time 6 minutes and currently 17 minutes on the call.

The customer service rep, Dani, was BRILLIANT!
I had a terrific experience with Dani. I called to ask if a phone number could be added to my bill from now on along with the business name and address. I was overjoyed when she looked into it quickly and said yes. She also sent me a link to access business stream portal online and then gave me the meter details which I needed to give meter readings. Very attentive and efficient. I hope the next time I phone them, I can get her on the line again to sort my query. Would recommend her and the company. The whole thing was resolved so quickly. No AI to deal with.
