Not water proof.

These lasted 11 months before leaking. They have a 9 month warranty which tells you something about the quality. I used them purely for walking the dog. No site use at all. No customer service, really not interested in customer concerns. Do not buy these expensive boots. You'll be eating your money.

Bottoms wore out in 18 months both…

Bottoms wore out in 18 months both boots leaking internally wet feet,
Personal opinion very soft rubber bottoms that wear out quickly,
The rest of the boot held up to be fair,,
Wouldn’t recommend for a long term purchase especially the high end price tag,

Awful Customer Service Brand

If I could give this company a zero rate I would but here we are. My husband has been buying their non-safety boots now for a few years. The first couple of pairs were great so obviously he returned custom. The last two pairs have worn out really quickly inside making them uncomfortable to wear. We contacted their customer service online because the last pair were only purchased in August 2024 - and they're not cheap boots! We had a back and forth exchange with them about choosing the correct size, wearing insoles & nonsense like that. They actually recommended wearing insoles. Eventually they fobbed us off to the company that we purchased them through to submit a warranty claim, sending various photos of the boots etc. We did all that & the company we purchased them from were very good. After all that, Buckbootz said we were at fault- apparently my husband doesn't know what boot size he should wear and, laughingly because one of the photos had an insole in it (because the interior was wearing away and making them uncomfortable) so my husband had tried an insole to make them last! Remember initially they advised insoles? Anyway, they basically said clear off. So our advice is spend your money elsewhere and avoid this lot. Interestingly you'll see lots of wonderful testimonials on Buckbootz own website - wondering if they are totally transparent. Anyway, this was our experience so our advice is avoid - they don't listen to their returning customers.
