We bought a keyboard from them in May, 2025. After a few months, a problem developed (cracked hinges) but they immediately replaced the keyboard. A few months later the same problem arose with the rep... See more

UPDATE: Brydge appears to be out of business
UPDATE (04/27/2023): Brydge website is now defunct providing final evidence of failure.
All appearances suggest Brydge has gone out of business. They have vacated their space in Park City, UT and disconnected the phones. I have discovered that someone representing the company is only responding to Better Business Bureau complaints. Order placed in January has never arrived with no information and I have called my CC provider to complain and get refunded.
Brydge is SCAM, Brydge is Bankrupt , Don’t buy any Brydge products
No response on several emails regarding my 3 month old max + which is having problems , no phone calls response and newly the phone number is disconnected …this company is a SCAM
Terrible company. Possibly a scam
Terrible company. Im probably out $400 now for a dock i purchased that they never sent. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
The build quality is very bad and No customer support team
The build quality is very bad. The hinges broke twice within a year and then I got a replacement which broke again within 6 months. I tried multiple attempts to contact customer support through Email and Chat support. But never got a response. Please don't buy it for kids for school use as it may become as issue during the exams.
Do NOT buy from this company! - Bankruptcy Signs Present in March 2023
Do not buy from this company. I purchased (2) Brydge ProDock - Thunderbolt™ 4 MacBook Docking Station for my new M2 16' Macbook Pro and it was supposed to come at the end of February, then it changed to the beginning of March. Now we are 21 days into March and I have sent 3 different customer service inquiries that have gone unanswered, one of the inquiries is more than 3 weeks and their support says they respond within 24-48 hours. The company also has a dead customer service phone line that doesn't go through. DO NOT BUY OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The products and service may have been great in the past, but the company is showing signs of failing and likely could file bankruptcy resulting in running with your money. If you have already placed an order, do a chargeback on your order ASAP before you can't!
Shoddy products, absence of support - AVOID!
Pre-ordered a ProDock and waited months for it to arrive. After it arrived it worked fine for 3 months and then the MacBook connect port just went dead one day. I've been trying to reach out to Brydge for support but they don't even respond to their support email address. I tried reaching out to them via Facebook and Twitter but no response there either. When I try phoning them I get a message that their phone is out of order. The ProDock was insanely expensive, somewhere around $500. I expected much better. I expected a product that worked for the long term. And I expected a modicum of support. Very disappointed in this company and its products. I'd strongly recommend staying away from them.
Absolutely NO WORDS for how dreadful…
Absolutely NO WORDS for how dreadful the Brydge company has performed. Broken 10.2 MAX + keyboard under warranty mailed to their facility. No repair, no replacement, MANY emails, no response. Actually, BEYOND dreadful.
I purchased a Brydge ProDock
I purchased a Brydge ProDock - Thunderbolt™ 4 MacBook Docking Station on 2/10/2023. The information led me to believe the unit would ship Mid-February. When the order had not arrived by 2/28/23, I tried emailing, no reply. I tried calling, but the line is always busy. After ten days of emailing and calling, I gave up. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else. Fortunately, CITI Bank refunded my money.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONEST
THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONEST. I CANCELLED A ORDER THE SAME DAY I PURCHASED IT. JUSTIN ASSURED ME HE CANCELED IT. NOW 9 DAYS LATER WHEN I ASKED HIM WHERE MY MONEY IS, HE PLACED THE ORDER. HE IS A DISHONEST PERSON. THE COMPANY MAKES IT HARD TO GET IN TOUCHED WITH THEM.
Beware of this company
Beware of this company. I purchased a Pro Dock for my 16in MacBook Pro. Within 2 days the wireless charger stopped working, which is okay right? I'll contact them and they'll send out a replacement product as it's under warranty. Instead after many days waiting for a reply "Justin" has offered to refund £40 so I can "go to the Apple Store and buy a wireless charger". Mind you this product is brand new, supposedly under their warranty and after trying to explain this to "Justin" several times I'm still being offered a £40 refund without even acknowledging the fact their product is faulty. Imagine a legitimate business having a faulty product and offering you a minimal refund to replace the product that's under their warranty. Very poor communication throughout, even poorer product quality and if you have a chance to avoid this company do it. Do not even entertain purchasing from them as it'll come back to haunt you.
Extremely poor customer service
Very poor customer service.
I have a Brydge Pro Dock for MacBook Air 14", and it does not charge when inserted in the sleeve. Support is *never* available by phone. I get "The called party is busy" message every time I call.
Communicating with them via email ticketing has delays on the order of weeks between messages, and when they respond, they ask for more information and video to try to deal with it, and even my video shares time out before they view them ( they last a week, to give you an idea of how bad this is).
The product looks great, and I can get juice from the USB-C ports outside of the sleeve to plug into the Mac and the MagSafe phone charger just fine (I can also get power to the MBP if I remove the sleeve and just set the MBP on the internal USB-C connection, so it's got to be an issue with the sleeve design itself), but the computer not charging in the sleeve is obviously unworkable.
Scammed!
Scammed! I purchased a Brydge Pro Dock for the MacBook Pro 16" in December, which was supposed to ship in January. Still nothing...I've contacted Brydge's support multiple times and have been met with silence.
I'm in the process of filing a dispute to get my money back.
Bought a 12.9 Pro+ in June of 2021
Bought a 12.9 Pro+ in June of 2021, along with a 3-year warranty. In Jan 2023, the keyboard began failing and will not power up at all anymore. Cannot reach ANYBODY on Customer service phones. Finally got a response from Justin saying (basically) “electronic equipment dies..it seems yours has too…here’s a 10% discount for another one”. NO amount of email responses to him (asking him to look at the original invoice, proving the extended warranty) have been answered. I feel like flying to Salt Lake and dropping it oh his desk (along with something else). RUN, do not walk away from Brydge, unless you have unlimited patience and resources!
I purchased a Brydge II Max + Wireless…
I purchased a Brydge II Max + Wireless Keyboard Case with Trackpad. After attempting to charge it for 2 days without success I contacted their customer support via their website. I provided a description of the problem, the order # and a video. In the problem statement I wrote that the device cannot be paired because it will not charge.
Today I received an email from Brydge (Justin) asking for a video showing my attempts to pair and proof of purchase.
Good products
Have owned two henge docks / Brydge docks.
Missed one adapter - Brydge sent one for free. Really good products and good service.
DONT BUY
DONT BUY! Bought 3 different keyboards, all broke the same way (hinge). Ordered a 4th keyboard and waited 3 weeks, never arrived so i just ordered from apple which delivered next day.
My Item is Roughly 2-3 Weeks Late
I placed an order (#170349) on October 7, 2022, and I have not received my item as of October 26, 2022. I have not even received a shipping notification. I have been in contact with two representatives, and allegedly, the warehouse is having shipping issues and has forced delays. However, my item is roughly 2-3 weeks late, and I have only been offered a 10% refund. This is incredibly unfortunate.
ordered a keyboard and never received it
ordered a keyboard and never received it. they just gave me a fake tracking number and stopped answering after that.
Avoid this company
I owned a Brydge Keyboard in the past. I always found it an excellent piece of kit. So when I bought a new iPad Brydge seemed the obvious choice for keyboard.
I ordered on 30 June. The money was debited from me account immediately and the email stated the keyboard would be shipped to me within 2-6 working days.
On 5 July I requested an update on the likely shipping date.
I heard nothing until 11 July, when someone called Lexie B replied. She said that they had ‘migrated shipping platforms’ that week and that this was why my order was delayed. She said she would ‘reach out’ to their shipping team for more information.
She said I would be receiving the tracking information for my order ‘within 24-48 hours’. This has not happened and, having read through some of the reviews here I feel rather sick and wish I’d checked before ordering.
This whole business feels decidedly shady and is becoming nothing but weasel words from Brydge - if not outright lies.
Clearly, Brydge have some serious issues to deal with in their order processing and shipping departments.
They have 48 hours to give me a credible update - then I want my money back. Absolutely raging here.
The actual keyboard is fine as long as…
The actual keyboard is fine as long as you do not attach it to your iPad. This is due to the vice-like hinges placing tension on your iPad screen. My iPad screen cracked as a result.
