We have used Repackify for warehousing supply for years and cant say enough about the quality of service and ease of use on their platform
CrossDock Connect strongly recommends Repackify
Repackify is quick to respond and offers a great product at a great price. I would recommend their product and services to anyone in the market!!
Avoid repackify at ALL costs.
I prepaid for a large order of 500 gaylord boxes. I was promised delivery in the first week of January at the latest. And then, the order was simply never shipped, despite multiple check-ins and promises that "we're just days out." They then ignored both emails and phone calls for several days, until finally I threatened to file a report with law enforcement, which finally elicited an immediate phone call in which the repackify employee told me the truth, which was they never actually had that inventory even located. They were selling inventory they didn't actually have.
Then lastly, to top this off, despite being completely in the wrong, he had the audacity to write me an email saying, and I quote, "This load you have been waiting for inevitably will be ready to pick up Thursday/Friday this week...Once you've called around and have not found anything sooner, I need to know ASAP if you do still need this load as they will be moved to the next PO in line."
I highly recommend you do NOT work with this company.
