This is the second time I have ordered (much needed) supplements which were never delivered by BRT.

14 euro out of pocket on non-refundable postage costs. I doubt I'll ever see that money again. I think BRT are a scam.

Following the tracking over a week - every day I was informed the parcel was arriving that day- then finally I called and was ASSURED that it would be delivered to my designated Parcel Point - nope. Today it was
'returned to sender. I presume BRT has contracts with companies and does not deliver - returning the parcel instead and pocketing the money. A small, hopefully short-lived hustle.

I think they are scammers. Do NOT trust. Never again.

Not once, even by mistake that they are on time. You get the tracking at the time of shipping, saying delivery day X, and you can bet on the fact you will get a message that for operative reasons they had to reschedule (read delay)... and don't get me started on how impossible is to speak with them on the phone.

I had to read reviews before agreeing my order to be sent via this courier.
The slowest logistics, the worst communication, short deadline to receive an order before being returned back.
Although Iv San bernard where from I've made the order contacted them to clear the mistaken name of receiver, they didn't agree to do it.

You will never receive your parcel on time if you can receive it at all.

The worst courier service ever. Its been 2 times i haven't received my parcel. They don't call or text or anything and just say that delivery failed because you were not present. What the f does it even mean!!! I would give them negative rating if I could. Soo people, never select brt please.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Never deliver on the agreed date, and also never even communicate in any way to let you know they are late. Perhaps because late, or "whenever" is their normal.
Absolutely untrustworthy. Avoid their services.
And of course they do not care about reviews, their service, or anything.

I had an awful experience with BRT, and I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone. I ordered a pair of Carolina Herrera sunglasses (170€) from Amevista, with delivery to a pickup point. However, the entire process was a disaster from start to finish:
- No delivery notification for the first attempt. My package was stuck in a BRT facility for weeks and then sent back to the sender.
- After more than a month, a second shipment was made. I updated the delivery to a pickup point, but the courier still tried to deliver it to my home.
- When I finally picked up my package, it had been opened, and the sunglasses were missing—I only received an empty box.
This is completely unacceptable. Either BRT is incompetent or there’s theft happening during deliveries. I have contacted the seller for a solution, but BRT should take full responsibility for their unprofessional and unreliable service. Avoid them if you can!

They claimed that my delivery had arrived and was signed even though I never recieved any package. I tried making contact with them but they never answered me back. The company that I bought the product from were the ones that let me know that BRT lost my parcel. BRT never contacted me about it. I dont think the parcel ever left Italy yet they make the bold claim that it was delivered to my adress. They are probably scamming foreign customers so they can keep the packages for themselves.

I would prefer to give negative stars. I have now two times been forced to be at home all afternoon here in Cantu waiting for a pick up - and the currier never arrives. When calling their office they lie us up in our open faces (well ears actually) and claim they were here but nobody were at home.
Its to me increadible any bigger company use these cheaters as their services also impact directly on the impression from those who use them.

Since I am in Trento and having placed couple of orders there is always something different happening. Each time a weird reason of why my order was not delivered. So I actually am not satisfied at all with their service.

The review concerns Borghetto di Vara in La Spezia region. The company itself and customer services are okay, but they have some of the most stupid, incompetent couriers like GLS. Despite experiencing no problems with UPS, DHL and Poste, these couriers continuously fail to find the address, and claim that the address is wrong. If BRT fires all these incompetent couriers who are not able to do their job (or who don't want to do their job), then I would give at least 4 stars, but else they don't deserve more than 1 star. BRT also has good couriers who can find the address and deliver packages. Once a BRT courier can find the address, if another courier cannot find the address, and torture us, how can BRT tolerate this?

Well what to say. They switched packages from ebay and delivered totally different thing. And only thing they can say is that the package was delivered. Lost over 100 € because of them.

Worst and Terrible service ever!!!
I had received my packaged yesterday completely destroyed box( open,smashed,missing the return label inside) I was so furious and disappointed.
I wish I can put the all the pictures I'd taken from yesterday. Is a complete nightmare!

They are theives, They steal your packages, My package was originally scheduled for 30th of Jan, the Delivery guy FAKED It and said i was not present in the house, Then since yesterday it says package is out for delivery but i still didnt recived it.
If you're in Italy, NEVER USE BRT and POSTE ITALIANE, Both are theives. NEVER EVER TRUST THEM

They are not honest. I waited in all day for them yesterday. I have a cameras on my property as it’s a business and they never arrived and they never attempted to deliver yet they sent me an email saying that as I was not present they’ll be delivering tomorrow instead Absolute pack of lies! I cannot recommend this company. Their service is appalling. I don’t understand why they don’t have trackers on the vans so their bosses know when they’re doing these things in England all of the vans have trackers.

Guys who put 2 or more stars are fr NPCs how this company deserves more than 1 star. They lose packages, dont pick up parcels from the pick up point. They always late and the service they offer is buns.

They never deliver as promised, always some lie about how they could not find their own drop off point or package refused by their own place. I always end up collecting from their depot far away from me. Absolute shite company.

I must confirm the negative reviews left by other fellow BRT victims.
I only left two stars (* Downgraded to one star...see update below) because two out of three employees I interacted with were actually polite, especially the secretary at the depot. Otherwise it should have been one star.

I have awaited for a package for over two weeks for then discovering they could not deliver it to the collection point as it was close for bereavement.
Instead of sending me a notification allowing me to select another collection point, they just sent it back.

Meanwhile, not knowing what the issue was yet, I called their operator and eventually asked if I could collect it at the depot and they confirmed I could.
I went to the depot and instead they had already sent the parcel back.

Every time I checked online it said a different thing. For example, when I went to collect it at the depot, it showed it was there but it wasn't.

A total mess.

UPDATE: I was forced to get another delivery with BRT and they managed to be even messier than the other time. No tracking number uploaded onto their systems, no sign of the parcel, no communication with neither the sender nor the recipient.

SERIOUSLY: Avoid like the plague!
