What a breath of fresh air.... This is your one stop shop to purchase a motorhome when you're new to this activity like we were. We called in to Brownhills Motorhomes about 3 months ago and we were met by Mat, who listened to our list of wishes and offered great advice on what would best suit our long list of needs. We quickly realised that this was a big purchase which needed more investigation and time to see what options were available. We went to NEC and met Mat again on the Brownhills Stand, once again he offered advise and spent time with us, however still no further forward. We then found ourselves drawn back to Brownhills Motorhomes, mainly because of their vast stock and friendly / helpful, but never 'pushy' approach. We were then helped by Shaun, who was again patient and professional in helping us make the final decision. Move on a further 3 weeks and we collected our new Adria Campervan at the weekend and again Shaun was fantastic, along with Steve Smith who did a brilliantly informative handover. I cannot recommend Brownhills Motorhomes and their dedicated staff highly enough, who made the entire process of buying our first 'home' on wheels a total pleasure.

From enquiry to purchase, the service we received was outstanding. This is our fourth motorhome, and I can confidently say it has been the best buying experience we’ve ever had. Joe Brent went above and beyond to help us find the perfect motorhome, advising us on the ideal layout and securing the best deal available without being a pushy salesman. Nothing was too much trouble; he even took the time to send multiple videos of our chosen vehicle.

Communication across the entire Brownhills team was excellent, and we were kept fully updated on the progress of our purchase as it went through preparation checks. When the exciting day finally arrived to collect our motorhome, the exceptional customer service continued. Andy gave us a thorough and engaging handover, bringing both humour and impressive knowledge of the vehicle. The part-exchange process was completely hassle-free, and we drove away in a high-quality motorhome that truly feels like our dream purchase (within budget!).

It was great to meet Joe in person on handover day, where he continued with his exceptional customer service whilst looking after us during our visit. Although we plan to keep this motorhome for many years, we’ll certainly return to Brownhills for our next purchase. A five-star review just doesn’t seem high enough for Joe or for Brownhills!

Travelled to Brownhills from st Helen’s to get a Great Deal on a swift escape 674 brand new 75 plate , From start to finish Great service from Liam , no pushy salesman friendly , helpful , sorted everything and extras . Andy and Ste also deserve a mention on the handover , stayed the night got a free breakfast all in all ⭐ ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jonathan has been outstanding throughout the sale , always keeping us informed and always willing to help, also Terry was great and professional on the hand over the whole thing was painless

We made initial enquiries at the NEC caravan and Motorhome show where our sales executive Jonathan was very professional, helpful and friendly. He came up with a great deal for us with the part exchange of our Motorhome. We made the decision there and then to proceed with the purchase. A handover date was set and we were kept fully informed in respect of the preparation of our new van.
On handover day, we were greeted by the friendly reception staff and asked to wait in the waiting area.
Jonathan came over within a couple of minutes and explained the process.
We went for a coffee and breakfast in their lovely cafe whilst our appraisal on our existing van took place.
Once back in showroom we were introduced to Terry who undertook our handover for the new van. Terry was very informative, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant throughout.
We then stayed the night in their facility and Steve came round the next morning to check if we had any queries.
All staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend Brownhills.

The overall service was fantastic from making the initial enquiry to picking up our CV40. Joe Brent was our salesman. He was the best honest, understanding and above all enthusiastic not just about their vans but about us and how we are going to use our new camper! The time spent being shown how things work inside is so worthwhile and nothing is too much trouble the poor guy cliff who showed us round ours we asked so many questions he just showed us and then showed us again. It’s definitely worth staying there for the night with your new van so you get the first night out the way with how things work and if any issues come up they are swiftly dealt with the next morning. We can’t recommend enough. Even after sales communication is fantastic.

The professionalism of sales force, in meeting our wants, whilst understanding our needs in trading in our Motorhome and downsizing to a new Campervan.

Although Brownhills are a large company they seem to manage to retain a small family business level of attention! Everyone we came into contact with, were very friendly and helpful, I was pleasantly surprised with deal I was offered in part exchange , that actually exceeded what I was expecting! When it comes to warranty this is normally what let’s companies down , but there again I emailed about a blind I was not happy with , and got an immediate reply “ No problem one has been ordered “ I would definitely recommend anyone to give Brownhills a look before buying elsewhere!

Been on hols thought we would call at Brownhills 56 miles out of our way to restock for our next hols and to have a look at motorhomes , we asked at reception to see if we could stay overnight so we would have more time to look around but the lady on reception wasn’t very helpful she just basically shrugged us off saying there was no room, didn’t even look. On leaving Brownhills there was 26 empty spaces for motorhomes, so why we were told there were no spaces is unbelievable This is not acceptable after we have already purchased 3 motorhomes from them and hundreds of pounds on extras.over the last Seven years. Absolutely shocking customer service from reception. The lady serving in shop though couldn’t be more nicer. Sorry Brownhills you did yourselves out of a big sale today

We recently purchase a new motor home from Brownhills and the experience was excellent.

Joe, our salesman’s, took us through the options, asking relevant questions and then narrowed our search down to 5 or 6. Much better than blindly wandering around the 500 or so RVs they have on site.

Joe was very knowledgeable and with his help we eventually decided on a suitable on for us.

The subsequent after sales service was excellent, issues with awning choice were dealt with to our compete satisfaction and, after a comprehensive handover we set forth into the new world of motor homing.

One thing to also mention is the ongoing fringe benefits of buying from Brownhills, the on-site shop discount, the tri-yearly complimentary social events etc etc. I could go on, but to summarise, you feel as though you haven’t ’just bought a motorhome’, you are made to feel part of a community.

I don’t often write reviews, only when companies deserve one. Brownhills most definitely do.

Do not buy your van from here ! Especially if buying brand new- brought a brand new van, got it home went to go in first trip 2 weeks later it wouldn’t start so I jump started it and they didn’t take this seriously? 2 weeks later went to take out would not start again - they have had it ever since that was 3 weeks ago ! And now they tell me they need it for another 2 + months !! It’s brand new I have spent 2 nights in it and they want it for 3 months to make repairs - it’s mind blowing.
The customer service is appalling no one calls and lets you know what is happening you have to chase them.
They spout crap about manufacturing policy to allow them time to fix an issue (on a brand new van ) apparently they need 3 months !!!! Offer no solution on who is stumping up for insurance during this time, offer no alternative van, did not offer to cover the losses from the ferries / sites we have paid for.
No one knows what they are doing they all blame each other.
Go in the flashy sales room and get smoozed by a couple of coffees and a guy in a badly fitting suit but low and behold if you have an issue no one wants to know.
Please tell me another company that sells brand new vehicles that leaves you without one for 3 months a couple of days after you purchase it ??
Take this as a warning the customer service / after sales of this company is so bad I just want my money back and they keep the van I wish I never set foot in the place.

From start to finish ,we have had such a fantastic service , bought our first motorhome, we stayed on site first night to try everything out ,will definitely be using Brownhills when we come to upgrade

Easy no pressure purchase of Elddis camper van. Nice sales team good px given. One issue on pick up (pop top lock on one side broken), which could not be fixed there and then so booked in for fix the week after. A few issues about booking which required an escalation, however this was then promptly resolved (van picked up and dropped off with full tank of fuel.

Although early days, I would recommend Brownhills and also recommend an Elddis camper van which looks like it is good quality fit out and drives very well (Autoquest cv80)
