I made the booking by phone. The agent was super helpful.

We sailed from santandar to Plymouth, we could not get a pet friendly cabin as there were only 28 - they need many more, at least a floor could be allocated to pet friendly cabins.
The kennels are like cages, they rattle constantly, there were dogs who had Diarrhoea and being sick, any dog kept there could catch anything from another dog.
The company were more concerned about their carpets than the comfort of the 'family' pet, they are part of the family.
Rather than put my dog in a kennel, I stayed with her and slept on the floor in one of the toilets, my partner brought me a quilt from the room which I shared with my dog.
Another lady stayed on deck with her dog as it was so stressed out in the kennels it was poorly.
There was no indoor area for dogs so if the weather was bad you still had to stay outside, it seemed like they were more interested in making money from the passengers than the comfort of pets.
Brittany Ferries seriously needs to look at their pet friendly policy and get more pet friendly cabins, there are 10 floors on the ferry so surely one floor can be designated for pets.
28 pet friendly cabins is no where near enough!!
They should also consider an internal space where dogs can go rather than having to stay outside all the time

The website worked well and I could easily see travel route options without having to upload my details every time. I could view the bookings I had requested ( always good to be sure !) before final booking that was straight forward.

Super smooth process to book a ferry to France. Pricing was very competitive.

Whilst everything worked ok this morning last night I tried to book and the 'forgotten password was missing, mysteriously appearing this morning.

And anyway I just want to buy tickets - not start a long term relationship.

Website is a touch clanky

Easy booking process, options are clear.

Since I last used the website, the ease of use has improved and I was able to book my sailing easily. However, I would say that the costs have risen sharply. This is the most expensive sailing from France to England I’ve ever paid in the last 20 years! Charges for booking priority for leaving the boat is a new thing.We only travel once per year so it doesn’t really affect me. And I must say it is our only route there are no other carriers. Brittany Ferries usually treats as well they’re well organised and I would say I have very little to complain about only positives. The staff are always helpful and it’s usually a very pleasant crossing. All I would say and this sometimes is beyond the control of Britney Farrow is that cost don’t rise too much. That’s it.
