Excellent Training Provider
I received excellent tutor support from Jamie who was always on hand when I needed help, he was quick to respond and made the whole process achievable for me. The management support was also very reliable, Upkaar was prompt to come back to me with any queries I had and kept me updated through the duration. Thanks to you all for the excellent support.

Level 5 Diploma in OHS Practice
I cannot recommend BSC enough based on my experience of completing my Level 5 diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice. The level of support, in terms of both assessment and administration was excellent: I had a number of setbacks during my course (injury, lockdown and serious IT issues) all of which were addressed quickly, with good grace: this makes a big difference when you're fitting your diploma in around home & work. It is always good to have ones choice of course provider vindicated by good customer service as well as a good product. It has been a pleasure studying with BSC: thank you.

Avoid taking the 'British Safety…
Avoid taking the 'British Safety Council Certificate in Risk Assessment'. Some of the questions asked are not covered in their learning materials. Once completed a technical glitch meant the certificate was not available. The number for customer service does not pick up.

Very helpful course
The course is extremely helpful and gives practical advice, ideas and suggestions on how to manage a conversation regarding Mental Health. Certain tips were really an eye opener.

Did a three day IOSH H&S course with…
Did a three day IOSH H&S course with British Standard council. The trainer was Gavin Taylor who was excellent and made the course very interesting!
Very knowledgeable and patient with everyone on the course and made the subject H&S very enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this course that gives you a certificate and lots of information.
Thanks to Gavin Taylor for being such a great trainer for the three days!!

Adrian delivered an excellent course throughout the three days. Witty, amusing and very knowledgeable, he made the course very easy to engage with and although the amount of content is substantial, you never felt weighed down or overwhelmed at any point. Adrian was brilliant at knowing when everyone needed a little break and was frank and honest about the topic. It was refreshing to have an instructor who wasn't worried about being himself. He gave you the information you needed to know but he was truthful and authentic. Too often on training courses nowadays instructors are seemingly too worried about straying off the 'official script' if you like and it becomes a bit monotonous. Adrian was authentic, generous with his time and knowledge and made this course an extremely worthwhile experience. I would recommend the course to anyone
