£16.20 shipping charge for two bin locks that'll fit in a jiffy bag when this company delivers a 140L wheelie bin which costs exactly the same to buy, for free?

I hope this business model makes sense to someone ... just not me.

BritishBins are the only company I could find who supply a particular wheelie bin strap.

Having suffered the same fate as reviewer CU, after waiting for weeks and having no response to emails or phone calls regarding a bin ordered from a supplier elsewhere, I rang this company who assured me I would get my order within a few days. True to their word the bin arrived within 3 days and progress throughout was perfect. Totally recommend this company.

So happy! I originally ordered a bin from another company after a month of waiting for my bin, numerous emails and trying to contact them via the phone, I gave up! Asked for my money back as they still couldn’t tell me when my bin would be dispatched.
Anyway, I ordered from British bins on a Tuesday evening and my new bin arrived on the Friday morning. It’s perfect thank you! Delivery was excellent and product is really good!

In June 2016 Ealing Council imposed wheelie bins on everyone in the area (there was no choice about it). And like many in the area I decided the new bins were far too big and ugly, and generally made the area look disreputable. For which reason I decided to pay myself for a smaller less obtrusive recycling bin, which I bought from BritishBins, who I have to say were excellent both in explaining what was available, how to order, and in quick delivery. So I'm entirely happy with BritishBins, but very unhappy with Ealing Council for yet again simply imposing things on the residents who I think should get a better and more coopertaive understanding service given the amount we all pay for Council Tax and other local services.

Really pleased with the price and quality of our bins. We ordered one and were so pleased we ordered a second one.

I have purchased the smaller red and yellow bins from the site and love them. They are very practical if you don't want big bins as an eye sore. The smaller versions look great.

Bin was delivered quickly and left where I asked. Bin lid is dented but still closes so it's ok. Apart from that, bin is good quality and sturdy.
