Just bought a 180 litre wheeliebin…
Just bought a 180 litre wheeliebin which arrived after 9 days which upon inspection was fine. Then we realised that there was no key to open the bin with. I phoned up and someone called Giles spoke with me to say it should be tied to the handle. We searched everywhere but didn't find one. He said he would send me one but never did. I was forced to buy two keys from this company before I could unlock and use my bin. Quite a few people have asked where I bought this bin from, I have steered them well away from this company. I will never use them again.

Still not received my item

I ordered an item on 14 April, a recycling bin, which I have not received. I have tried to contact this company several times but they have not replied or acknowledged me communications. They have taken the money but do not seem interested in letting me know what is happening with my item. Customer Service seems non existent.
