The installer phoned first to let us know his arrival time. He then kept to his schedule.
The door was fitted efficiently and the installer was very pleasant whilst he was working here.
We are very pleased with the finished result.

Disappointing
Having had a great experience 5 years ago, I went back to Britelite to finish putting new windows in my house. However, this time it was not a good experience. The fitting was delayed by one week at short notice; 4 out of the 14 windows delivered were not fit for purpose so I was left with boarded windows for a while; and the fitting left 2 areas requiring replastering ( which Britelite did) and repainting.

Not happy with the level of service or the quality of the trickle vents ( to much noise coming through, defeats there whole purpose of having triple glazing)

A good job, well done…
A front door and two new downstairs windows were fitted by Geoff and Liam, who were very efficient and professional in the way they did the work, and had a really good attitude. They arrived well on time, and just got on with the job! I'm really happy with the result. Geoff noticed one of the window panels had a fault, so immediately rang through to Britelite to ensure a new panel would be sent out ASAP - no hassle for me to do that! Thank you.
