Never received my order and was chased for payment which is fine but the appliance was delivered to my property when I was at work even though the man in store said the 2nd delivery attempt would be delivered after 1pm when I would be home from work. This information was a lie as the delivery attempted to deliver to my property at 8.20am when I was at work. Told them to cancel my order and I wanted a refund on what I had already paid told I would receive this and still havent.

Do not use this company and avoid at all costs!!! I have been with them for at least 10 months now and every single month I have difficulties with payments and they have the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Recently I complained that I have not been able to use my online payment method fir well over 3 months and fine they give me £20 to say sorry but then send me a letter 2 days later saying they are going to charge me £12 for a late payment...where is the sense in that? You admit you have an issue but then charge me for it? What was the point in compensation. Also now the telephone payment method don't work so that's 2 methods of payment I cannot use which I am pretty sure is breach of the terms of conditions!! So I complain again only to be told by Conor who has no rapport from the start and show no signs of empathy and he tells me that the manager in the background says they are voiding my complaint because I have already complained about it. Now had they read my complaint properly they would have seen 2 NEW ISSUES OF COMPLAINT which they have totally ignored.
Honestly the whole experience of dealing with these people on a monthly basis is nothing but stressful and the entire CS team, especially management need further training in listening skills and how empathetic speech because they have none what so ever!!
I shall be seeking consumer advice over the breach of contract of the terms and conditions in regards to payments because they are not giving me these services which I signed up for in a legal contract.
Oh and whilst writing this they text me saying they are going to charge me for a late payment...absolute disgrace of a company!!!

Tv I got wasn’t brand new and wasn’t working properly I had to get it replaced then when the new one got my delivered I was at work and the delivery men said there not insured to remove the tv from wall I’m paying for a service I’m not getting

This is the worst company I ever meet... My washing machine broken I have reported this to customer service. The washing machine wasn't in new condition (which I ordered) was looking like refurbished. The engineers try to attempt always before my arriving time. I spoke with customer service just after I came home and they confirmed that engineer was jus 15 min biffore I came home. I did the complain, and on end of investigation they told me that they was waiting for me, tried to contact me everytime. They are liars do not trust this company at all!!! If customer service are reading this comments so read it in FULL.

So disappointed
Delivery was a shambles. Then I created my profile to log into the website and accidently out in the wrong digit in my email only to be told I can't change it and will never be able to use the website to make payments.
Livid!!
Also the TV is of poor quality so that I had to borrow a soundbar from a friend to hear the TV. The sound is awful.

75in Baird smart tv
Bought the 75in Baird smart tv, it was delivered on the 16/12/19 and before Christmas it was having issues. The apps keeps crushing. The engineer came round on the 04/01/20 and spent less that 5mins and all he did was a manufacturer reset. After that everything else stopped working and the smart remote has not been connected to the tv. Now they have said the will come and collect the TV on the 13/01/20 to fix it and I’ll have no tv for at least 28days. I have not even owned this tv for more than a month but it has already had a lot of issues. And bright house is doing nothing about compensation. Don’t waste your time guys with this product.
