Honestly, I absolutely love the taste of Punk IPA, normally a lager drinker & I used to purchase Super Bock by the crate. However since they dropped it from 5.2% to 4.7% I have switched over now to Punk IPA & buy 4 crates at a time. The first delivery was just left in the front forecourt in full view to passers by & quite damaged external box with some dented cans within. I did write to complain and ever since every delivery has been outstanding. I really hope Brewdog survives this ADMINISTRATION & continues to provide the exceptional beer we all love

Was running low on Elvis Juice and put in an order as I was worried with all the 'changes' happening around Brewdog, that my beloved Elvis Juice may have already left the building, so I needed to stock up. Contacted customer service initially, as the free glass offer wasn't working, which was resolved instantly. Unfortunately, when I received my order there was a small issue with one of the sauces I'd added to my order. I reached out to Brewdog to explain my problem, and Amber in customer services replied straight back with a response and arranged a replacement to be sent to me, and even a little extra something for the inconvenience. I was blown away by not only the speed of how this was resolved, but also the personal interaction and email replies in response. In a world where people are so very quick to complain, it is when things go wrong and how a company reacts and responds that really shows the true value of a great company and its employees, that really matter and care. Amber excelled in every way, and turned what could have been a pretty poor experience, into a memorable one, and keeping a very happy customer.

Order placed on 09/03/26. Yodel meant to deliver between 7am-9pm (which is a ridiculous delivery window). Order did not arrived, instead Yodel updated saying that they tried to deliver at 9.34pm (outside this delivery window) and it was refused at the door. Blatant lie on their part as I was in at that time and no one came to the door. In addition I had followed their tracking route throughout the day and they were all over the north east but never shown in my town. Very poor service, will not be ordering from them again.

Great customer service. I had an issue checking out with a gift card bought as a birthday present. Amber was great, emailed me back almost immediately and got the issue resolved quickly.

Mexican lime gin is one of the most delicious gins! Brilliant customer service and Amber was so professional and helpful it was an absolute pleasure!

I had a damaged can in a pack of four, I contacted Brewdog and got a very quick reply. Amber was Extremely helpful and resolved my issue straight away even on Good Friday.

My server was Sam I could not get the QR code to work so just wanted to let you know he was very polite and helpful and made the whole experience very enjoyable so 5 stars. Will come again because of him.

I ordered some glasses for my brothers birthday and they came in excellent condition and are well packaged to prevent any accidents. Website is really easy to use. Order arrived in a few days after ordering too. Would definitely order from here again.

I contacted customer service via email as I was having an issue placing an order on the website. It was not providing the promotion as advertised. This was promptly fixed by brewdog customer service and free shipping was provided to me.

I would recommended brewdog as I love the beer, bars and food!! Great service was provided!

I placed an order on the 19 March and was notified that it was out for delivery. I had two days where I was notified it will be delivered ered and it had not. I send an email to customer service and the reply came back it will be delivered yesterday. Still nothing after 3 consecutive days off waiting. Customer service does not exist.

There was a quality issue with a can of Punk IPA I purchased, but Amber at Customer Service promptly rectified the issue and provided a replacement in short order.

this is the second time i’ve brought from this website their advent calendar was the perfect gift for my dad as well as some custom beers i had ordered for him the customer support is helpful and gets back to you quickly id happily order from here again and will in the future :)

Had a quality issue which was addressed next day - with replacement arranged same day. Issue was handled by Amber who came across extremely personable and sincere in her communication and took immediate ownership to resolve

Ordered some beer and spirits online and they arrived within a couple of day of the order including one delivery on a weekend. Ended up being a split delivery which I wasn't aware of but a quick ticket raised and Amber responded back courteously and could see the full order had been delivered in the end. Thank you.

The delivery company Yodel never delivered my selection of beers I ordered online and the parcel was returned to BrewDog. I have contacted BrewDog several times and been ignored as I have not been given a refund.

Delivery spot on as usual, bringing me a very great selection of beers.
