We are more than happy with our Bramblecrest furniture, so to look after it you need covers to protect from weather conditions, we needed to order a new cover for our double swing chair , no issues what so ever , phoned up , put order in , received cover much quicker than told , so happy days 🥳

First look at the website was disappointed and couldn’t find exactly what we wanted but Google and the page with what we wanted appeared
So after that found exactly what we wanted easy to purchase once again worth the cost as product and quality was still perfect.

Ordered cover for table but l ordered the wrong one - so had to return it. Refund received Thankyou

No hassle start to finish

Now that I have the product, I have no complaints. It is easy to assemble, with clear instructions. Quality looks very good.
Your company could improve significantly on its communication and logistics service. On the day my product was due to be delivered the lorry arrived bearing only the base, without the granite blocks or the parasol - apparently a 'picking' error in the warehouse. I then received conflicting emails and texts regarding the delivery date of the remaining elements, which actually arrived on Thursday 8th July, but also arrived for a second time on Friday 9th. The second delivery was refused.

Excellent product and would definitely recommend.

Ordering was very straightforward and delivery was informed of at each stage and arrived in the time frame advised…also great service from the guys who put the parasol together for me… very happy with our new parasol… looks fab and had lots of compliments on it already…

Excellent quality, matches existing furniture well

Parasol shade great but for the money it’s a fairly basic, plain structure. While the granite base seems excellent there were NO tips/instructions re fitting the granite weights into the wheeled framework. As the four individual weights are 25kg each I thought there should have been clear instructions for doing this to avoid injury. At least some guidance please. When I contacted Bramblecrest about this the response was of no help! Also, what in Bramblecrest’s opinion constitutes a ‘strong’ wind? Wording on label. I sense a reluctance to commit! Finally I ordered a wheeled base but the delivery included à non-wheeled base too - bit of a waste! Generally, could do better.

I have just taken delivery of a parasol from Bramblecrest, I also paid for assembly. I can honestly say that the two operatives that were sent were soo helpful and pleasant . Mark and Stuart could not of been more accommodating. They quickly assembled the parasol and spent a great deal of time explaining every aspect of the product. Thank you both so much.

Needed some new screw in feet for a couple of my chairs. They were available and were dispatched promptly.

When we ordered the cover for our outdoor dining set I ordered it in April and it arrived in late June. On confirmation it said arrival in May. There was no phone call or email to update us I had to call to check and I was told another 2 weeks and it was another 3/4 weeks.

Good replacement service BUT covers only seem to last 2 years, so an improvement in the quality of the product would be a good thing!!

I have had Bramblecrest before and loved it so the parasol is just an addition and just as described .

I have experienced a very disappointing level of customer service.

Unfortunately, the umbrella and stand cannot be connected because the metal plate supplied appears to have a manufacturing defect, preventing the parts from fitting together correctly. As a result, the umbrella cannot be used safely.

After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact customer services by phone, I eventually reached someone via web chat and was promised that a replacement plate would be dispatched within 2–3 days. More than three weeks later, I am still waiting and have received no update.

This may simply be an isolated manufacturing fault, but the lack of communication and failure to honour the promised replacement have been extremely frustrating. For an expensive product, I expected a far higher standard of after-sales support.

Prospective buyers should be aware that, if something does go wrong, obtaining assistance may prove very difficult.
