I was unfortunate enough to have had dealings with these people over a missed ground rent payment. I am currently writing to the solicitors regulatory authority in relation to extortionate fees and charges, even for simply asking a question via an email. They gave me a date to make a payment by, which was made but already went ahead and approached my mortgage company to get their money. Absolute disgrace of a company. Avoid at all costs .
