Brabantia is a wonderful company that offers high-quality and stylish products for your home. I have been using their trash can for a long time and I was very satisfied with it. However, the lid of the trash can broke recently and I contacted their customer service to see if they could help me. I was amazed by how fast and friendly they were. They agreed to send me a new lid without any hassle. They also kept me informed about the delivery status and made sure I got the right lid for my trash can. I want to thank Jo Pursall, who was the customer service representative who handled my case. She was very helpful and kind, and she went above and beyond to make me happy.

Brabantia is not only a great company that cares about their customers, but also a responsible company that cares about the environment. They use recycled materials for their products and they support various environmental causes. Brabantia is more than just a brand, it’s a lifestyle. I’m proud to be a loyal customer of Brabantia and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for beautiful and functional household items.

Gosh I had forgotten what good customer service was and yesterday I was 100% reminded by Brabantia Customer Service. Thank you, my problem was picked up immediately and sorted out within 20 minutes. The Brabantia guarantee is gold plated and this is one very impressed and satisfied customer.

Wonderful customer service! I contacted Brabantia trying to source a replacement inner bin with no idea what size the bin was or anything about it really. With some photos and investigation, Ruth was able to tell me what bin it was and what exactly I needed to order. She even sent me a link and a few free bin liners on top of that! Replies were extremely courteous, prompt and as helpful as possible. She sorted my issue within a couple of days. Couldn't ask for more - really excellent experience and such a pleasure!

After looking on the Brabantia website for a replacement lid for our 20-something year old kitchen bin, I was unsure about which to choose because the design had been updated and I wasn't sure if they would fit.
I used the contact page of the website to ask for advice and a recommendation. Two hours later I received an email reply from Jo who linked to the new lid needed.
Jo was very helpful and gave proper, old fashioned, customer service.
I ordered the lid and it arrived two days later - a new design that fits perfectly and looks great.
I recommend Brabantia for their quality (20 years of everyday use) and now for their excellent customer service.

Fabulously 30l dual Matt Black bin fits in place perfectly where I needed to go in my new kitchen. Had Brabantia product's before on pricey side however super quality last a very long time easy my last bin over 10 years only replaced soft closing clasp once , very easy cleanable and excellent quality bin liners.
My only negative they use to do bin freshener discs and holder can't seem to find now 🤷 .

I bought a 28" pan with lid and a big set of 4 pots including measuring marks and that also came with lids during a discount in the supermarket Dirk in the Netherlands. The pots are amazing and have been serving me very well to this day. After about 7months or so, the coating of the pan unfortunately started to break down. I reached out to the Brabantia customer service and was helped with very kindly. After providing pictures of the damages and a receipt I was sent a replacement. Honestly, the pan I received in exchange seems to be of much higher value then what I had bought before. It did not include a lid, but I still have that one anyways. They were so kind to put something extra into my box, a brand new 24" pan of the same make as the replacement. I was so positively surprised, what a service. Coincidentally, this pan also perfectly completes my pan assortment now. Next to the two Brabantias I also have two Tefal's. Maybe I will report back in the future on how they held up against each other.

Very quick response to a warranty enquiry and issue resolved really promptly with clear messaging.

I would advise anyone against purchasing from company.
They sell overpriced rubbish that is unfit for purpose, they have illegal sales policy, that customer has no hope against
No consumer rights you can go to to get resolution if you are already being ignored by this retailer.
The advertised phone number is fake nobody answers
Their staff are strict, keep your receipt when the item goes to pot.

Outstanding customer service. Broken bin opener a year after purchase with no proof of purchase. A couple of emails and photos and a replacement bin winging its way to me. Can hardly believe there is a company that actually really does honour its word ! Congratulations guys 😀

Amazing service. Helped me fix my 9 year old bin lid catch replacement immediately and it was fixed in a couple of days! They just want to actually help you. No quibbles, they just sent me a part as I was having trouble identifying correct size. Thank you. My bin still looks new

One of the lines snapped on our 40m rotary airer after 18months. I contacted Brabantia with an image and they sent me a complete replacement kit. This is our second airer in 20 years, I would buy another from them.

The solution Jo from customer services provided has been excellent and has gone above and beyond my expectations, I had a problem with my product and felt that it has been handled promptly and to a high standard as you would expect with the brand.

I bought a foldable laundry box from Brabantia and it started to grow mold from the inside on the textile. I have reached out to the company to get advise and they told me to clean it myself and they mention it can happen if it contacts wet items. However a laundry box meant to be used for wet laundry and I think this is a design issue. Waste of money and time.
