I would like to thank JO (THE FRONT FACE OF BRABANTIA) as with communicate with them and asking about their products, it has infact lead to a sale of one of their Rotary Driers,
which they did say was their ESSENTIALS BRANDED ONES, but I was inform after saying what my requirements was (EG WIDE ENOUGH BETWEEN TO ARMS FOR KING SIZE BEDDING), It has come and I will admit, the pole is narrower than my previous, (45 to 35 mm) but you do get the plastic support tube which enables this rota drier to rotate, which I have done the old trick of wrapping some plastic lawn edging I had left round the external of their tube like a sausage roll effect and made it fit into my previous rotary driers ground hole/anker point.

The bin I had which my daughter gave me years ago and served me well the bin lid stopped shutting properly.
I liked the bin but couldn’t afford a new one as an OAP now. So I ordered a new lid. Was very clear which one to order. Was very reasonably priced and arrived within couple days of ordering. Great value. And have just been told there’s a 10 year guarantee on the new lid. Result. Great service. 👏👏
Useless Warranty
The rotary washing line was OK until the pole snapped off. I made a claim under their "5 year warranty" and was told that it was my fault that their product failed and they could not help me. Brabantia warranty is great until you have a faulty item and try to claim.

I had a problem with a Brabantia kitchen bin which was resolved when I was informed that it was covered by a 10 year warranty! Quite exceptional help from the customer advisor in dealing with the matter and the replacement part was placed on order for delivery in 3-5 days. 5 Star service !!
A Heartwarming Story - Replacement Bread Bin Catch
After 10+ years of excellent service, the catch on our Brabantia roll-top bread bin failed. Then I read what they say about their environmental credentials on their website, so I contacted them to see if spare parts were still available.
They immediately sent me a complementary catch. This arrived safely, the next day; fitting proved straightforward and it now works perfectly.
I would have been happy to pay for a new catch, so they went way beyond my expectations. I wish more companies were like this, especially given our planet has such tough environmental challenges!

Terrible company
Terrible company. I have 6 of their waste disposal products at home. The touch lid bins in the bathrooms have the most flimsy mechanisms which regularly snap. How hard it is to design and manufacture a bin that actually opens? Extremely frustrating - useless for its intended purpose. I am sick of having to order replacement lids/catches. I spent over £200 on my 2x30l kitchen bin. As others have said, it is made of the flimsiest material that you only have to breathe on for it to dent. I politely emailed customer service who were most unhelpful telling me that this is wear and tear (Sasha). I have had other similar metal bins in the past which cost much less that have never ending up looking unsightly due to dents. I’m surprised this company is still trading.
Outstanding customer care . . .
Brabantia Customer Care has had its fair share of problems, dealing with failed deliveries by its designated courier, carrying a package for me. I've made three phone calls & each time, the Care Assistants went out of their way to facilitate delivery. On the last occasion, the assistant and I tracked the progress of the van. We were on the phone for just under an hour! I can't praise the Customer Care Assistants highly enough. Going the extra mile just doesn't come close.

Why don’t you make your bins stronger
Why don’t you make your bins stronger? They are expensive! Too flimsy and easily dent. So I replaced my brabantia large recycling bin because it had a dent in it. The new bin, I only pushed back against the wall using my knee with NO force and that dented it. Something which cost well over £100 should be made far stronger. I can’t keep replacing my bin. I spent along time with a hairdryer trying to make it look better - it’s what Google said to do. Made a slight difference.

Do you use cheap rubbish materials to make the customer buy new bins? Well I wouldn’t buy the same bin again and it’s very bad for the climate! Now landfill.

Following some abuse by my 5-year-old Grandson, the opening system on my Brabantia pedal bin failed as a small plastic clip that keeps the mechanism together broke. My immediate thought turned to buying a new bin all because of the failure of a small plastic clip.
But I turned to the Brabantia web site to find that a replacement was available at only £2.50. My immediate thought was £2.50 for the clip and £6.99 packaging and post.
To my surprise, no charge for delivery! Ordered on 22 Dec, delivered 1st class 24 Dec. Well done Brabantia and Postal service. Not easy to fit and instructions would have been useful.

When I had an issue with my ironing board I emailed customer service, with proof of purchase, and received a quick response. They sent me out some clips to fix the issue but when that didn't work they replaced the item.

I have had my ironing board for many years. Unfortunately the storage clip had broken after a lot of use. I ordered a replacement online but purchased the wrong clip. One email to their customer services and the issue was resolved. Good to deal with a company that provides a first class customer experience.
