Too long delivery time

Too long delivery time, and obscenely high bpost custom adminiration fees [ not ustom or other true custom charges and fees].
The Bpost costs were more then the purchase cost of the item. ONE WORD : ROBBERS.!

Good job

For the past month, the road in front of our house has been closed at one end and is only partially open to local traffic. We’re still receiving our parcels via the Post Office; we place orders several times a month, and they arrive on time as before, despite the roadworks. The problems have arisen with private delivery companies such as UPS or Colis Privé and their often incompetent drivers. Lies or flimsy excuses such as ‘we can’t get to your house’. As if we were living on an island. Proof once again that the private sector is no more efficient – far from it.

In De Panne there is a man whi even dont do effort to ring the bell. Always something not correct. I refused to order parcels with delivery B Post as he dont bother, even put notice or ring bell. Lazy

This company is going from worse to…

This company is going from worse to worse each time , with each delivery .
they lost 3 parcels from me in the same week !!
with over 400 euros in value and only thing they refund ? my shipping cost !!!
This is unreliable service , Do not trust or use it .
