I bought some foundation which I should have received a free brush with, unfortunately I didn't receive it. I emailed them and I received an email almost immediately and promised to send the brush. I received it 2 days later. So in my opinion the customer service is brilliant can not fault that kind of service.

I'm not great with make up had no idea what to put on and how to do it but went to your store in tallaght and Louise was amazing to work with. She done my make up and showed me the process as she was doing it. I left feeling great and a new make up kit. Will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Louise

Missing BP parcel... long story short Deborah is amazing at her job... she has sorted things out in no time at all...thankyou so much Deborah for your patience with me and being so polite and kind...

Popped into bperfect store in Newtownards recently and had a fab make over by Ebony. She advised me on the shades and products which would enhance my skin and boy did she know her stuff. She was bubbly, chatty, knowledgeable and made me feel amazing when I left the store with my new products. Thanks Ebony

Emailed be perfect re a -faulty product , A lady called Ann looked after me and its all sorted. My replacement is on the way . I Purchased this product in Dunnes stores, and they would not help me. I went directly to the company Be Perfect, and i am very happy with their service . Look forward to receiving my package later on this week . Customer care staff member Ann was very helpful and came straight back to me . Great service .

Had a small issue with my order and sent an email, Ann replied and was very helpful and had the issue resolved straight away. Really good customer service.

I got mistakenly got the wrong product and emailed the customer care and they replied promptly to myself. Deborah was very friendly and provided great assistance.

Absolutely love B perfect especially the Mrs glam collab. I was adding little bits to my original makeup since it came out now over 5 years I’m fully into b perfect and Mrs glam I love it. Wouldn’t change my makeup brand not a clue what I used before this💋

I had an issue with a missing lid. Deborah was so helpful and efficient. Problem solved in minutes. Highly recommend chroma cover foundation too.

Excellent customer service, purchased the wrong colour and emailed in a panic to get it changed and a lovely woman Ann assured me she had updated this before they had dispatched it.

I emailed BPerfect due to an error on my part.. basically I didnt add an item to my order that was free if I bought a full size foundation.
I receive an email first thing this morning from Deborah to say that the item was added to my order by her and will be shipped with it.
Amazing service. Fast. Polite and just a great service. As well as their products being top quality.
