Great prices, bit disorganised with trade-ins
Found the laptop I wanted for an excellent price on box.co.uk, made better by the discount code I was prompted with on their site. I was also attracted by their trade-in for my old laptop and the estimate provided online. Delivery of the new laptop was prompt but then things started going slightly awry. Despite linking my trade-in quote to the order and a returns box being supplied, there were no return details included. Box didn't seem to have a link between order and trade-in, but eventually they provided the details and a postage-paid label. Once returned it took Box 2 weeks to check my old laptop and revise the offer, which was only revised down by £3. Having received an email and accepted the offer I then had to chase again to get the money paid. Sales - excellent; trade-in - could do better! Would I use Box again? Absolutely.

Bought a PSU. Didn't need it. Returned. Took ages to handle. Turned out the so-called 'full refund' stated on the website is for item only. Shipping cost excluded. Had to pay shipping cost twice. Be mindful of the ambivalent communication on the website.

Total scam artists
Total scam artists. Purchased a “refurbished” product. Arrived and it didn’t work so I asked to return it. That was a battle. They had the return for a month and despite repeated emails and calls they are only now refunding me. Except, apparently there is damage to the power supply plug so they are deducting £15. For starters there was no damaged plug when I returned it and secondly it was faulty when it arrived! Absolutely shocking service run by fraudsters. Don’t listen to the canned response to this review from box feigning concern and interest to this situation. Just avoid avoid avoid.
