I am extremely disappointed with the service from Box.co.uk.
I contacted customer services over a week ago regarding a refund and have still not received any response. To ensure I remained within the 30-day return period, I had no choice but to pay for the return myself via DPD, despite receiving no guidance or communication from Box.co.uk.
The item has now been returned, yet I have still not received any acknowledgement, update, or information regarding my refund. I feel completely ignored and have no idea what is happening with my return.
I expect far better customer service from a company of this size, and I now expect a full refund to be processed without any further delays. The lack of communication throughout this process has been unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend Box.co.uk at all.

Returned a laptop that had issues within the first few days. BOX took almost a month to do their inspection”inspection”, then claimed that I had damaged the device and declined to refund. I am a doctor and have use the device with utmost care for only a few hours. Returned via RM Special Delivery at my own cost. I can only assume BOX UK is a scam and does this often.

When a device is returned, it undergoes a mandatory inspection by our technicians. If a report indicates physical damage that falls outside the manufacturer's warranty guidelines, we are required to decline the return based on those findings.
However, we want to ensure your case was handled fairly. Because your Trustpilot profile does not show your order details, we cannot view your account or the inspection photos.
Could you please contact us at customerservice@box.co.uk with your Order ID? A senior manager will personally re-examine the inspection logs and get back to you directly.
