Denise at the Bay View Northam development was extremely friendly, she made us feel welcomed and not rushed at all and managed to fit our viewings in at very short notice at a time that suited us without any problem at all. She was even waiting at the office door for our arrival knowing we were pushed for time.

Myself and my husband went for a house viewing at Bovi homes Hollingwood lake. The Sales Rep. Rhodri was super amazing. His customer services were very excellent with a personal touch of rapport. He was patient, and explained everything to us carefully especially due to the fact that we were just buying our first home and needed guidance to make the right decisions.
He personally took us to view the plot and explained in detail what the process would be and what the next steps would entail.
He also kept us updated every step of the way with any progress and was very quick to responding to any queries. We could easily reach him via chat or phone call and he was mostly available to help us navigate this complex home buying process.

We had a disappointing experience at Bovis Homes (Elgar Park) Worcester recently. We arrived at the sales office intending to book an appointment to secure a house, and since the door was unlocked, we stepped inside. Unfortunately, we were unceremoniously asked to leave as it was an admin day. While we realise we missed the signage on the door, the lack of interest in us as ready-to-go buyers was surprising. A missed opportunity for the sales team, as we’ve now reserved with another developer
