It was a very good house to live in with family but was bit far away from city centre as my children would get difficult to cope with schools/colleges as currently they are studying.
I found Sales agent Rod, very helpful and supportive.

We had a great experience when buying our first home, the whole process was smooth and all in good timing for when our baby girl arrived early and on the same day we got the keys!
Ami was amazing and John the site manager was great and both so friendly.

We viewed the development in Kidderminster. Lisa who showed us around was very helpful and answered our many questions!
As this is not our first rodeo with new builds /developments we were pleasantly surprised by the layout of the site [houses not crammed in on one another] and the size of the properties!
I would recommend a visit [but not too many people as we really loved the development and houses so don't want the competition 😉]

Fast to react to any snags & a super easy experience.
We reserved in September with Bovis and then had a bit of a delay due to the chain but they were fantastic with us and helped with chasing etc so we felt less stressed. They were calm and didn’t make us feel worried that we would ‘ loose the house’ if our chain didn’t be quick - which was a really nice touch. We dealt with Matt & Andrew initially who are both fantastic and then later on Andrew & Sam too.
One thing I would like to mention is that yes we did have a snag done and found a fair few issues but these are only cosmetic issues and we are very pleased with how quickly they have responded and dealt with any snags. Everytime we have raised them within a week or two they have sorted them or an appointment has been arranged.
The after care is very good and we are very pleased about it.

Our appointment was the last appointment, during a busy muddy boot event.
The appointment was meant to last 30 minutes, however we were there around 2 hours.
They took their time showing us the property and even showed us different ones to see the different stages in the development.
There was no rushing and answered all our questions with knowledgable answers!
