Don’t ever buy from them
Don’t ever buy from them. I ordered a pants and they sent the wrong color. I send an email asking them to send the right one but of course the email was ignored. I called them and the lady who answered the phone said that on that moment the store was busy and that she will check the email and reply to tell me if it was possible to send the right color. She also said that I had to send back the pants and they would refund the amount I had to pay to postNL to send back the pants but of course I never got an answer nor the money. Since I didn’t get any response from their side I just sent back the pants for a return, my surprise arrives the next day, when I receive an email saying that I was going to receive a package from them. So they are basically ignoring me.
of course they are doing whatever it takes to not give me back the money. I called them multiple times to get a solution but they never pick up the phone and of course my emails have been ignored. It’s been almost a month and still no reply and no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I will never buy anything from them anymore and I will make a formal complaint.
