Discouraging return process with surprise payment at the end. Does not represent the ‘easy returns’ as advertised on the homepage. If your returns aren’t easy, just don’t advertise them.

Size S has gotten shorter
Seems like size S has gotten shorter. I buy these t-shirts because i'm tall and slim. The previous shirts I bought were all longer.
