Actual product was great which is why we are a returning customer however once again install process lets it all down leaving everything in our garage absolutely covered in dust not sure why this cannot be done outside with no effort to clean up.

We are very happy with our new systems & installation was very professional. Now awaiting another option!

The installation of the units was excellent. The quality of the work was excellent too.

Boston wardrobes look great, installer was smooth, quick, and friendly. Only thing that drops the rating is that my first quote ended up being a 'typo' and I had to pay a few hundred more than I initially thought. Other than that all round great!

Fantastic service. We are very happy with the final result.

Overall happy with the wardrobe. After installation there were three things wrong - jewellery drawer forgotten, mirror forgotten and hanger put up blocking access to attic. It did take 7 weeks and a few phone calls before you came back which I think was far too long. We have good hanging space now and I like the drawers. One thing, after the jewellery drawer was installed, this made the top drawer very narrow and needed to be deeper. I can only put a small layer of underwear here, bras don't fit and rolled singlets don't fit. If I change to a sock drawer they are still too big for drawer to close. Shoe drawer for the male - only fits 2 1/2 pairs of shoes whereas my ones with smaller womens shoes are fine.

Excellent service from planning to installation, couldn't be happier.

Sales person was very good. Install was ok until problem with door pivots . After a number of tries the doors took about 18 months to finally be installed correctly!

Head and bottom track were too short.
Paintwork on the rails is too easy to mark

So all in all would not recommend your product or service as had to wait three months for delivery.

Initial communications were substandard. The actual product and final installation seems excellent.

All very efficient a small hiccup when install came but it was a communication problem… Boston wardrobes made it right within a few days

Great quality - but expensive

Boston Wardrobes never disappoint. Right from the start with the visit by the lovely and talented Bonnie through to the installation of their very high-end quality product. Even at close inspection, there are no faults or issues. This is consistent as our last wardrobe was the same.They were even able to make sliding doors for our new cupboard laundry when others scratched their head. I highly recommend Boston for their quality products, professionalism and ease in dealing with. Thanks team!

The doors look great, good quality, slight delay with an installation

Great workmanship. Good staff but long waiting time . Once installation was scheduled , it was difficult to re-schedule.
