Considering that we started the process with Boston Wardrobes in May but didn't finally get the job done until November is to say the least very disappointing. We were told that we could have soft close doors (which we really wanted!) only to find that we actually couldn't get them on two of the three wardrobes we wanted so that was another disappointment. The wardrobes and doors were measured incorrectly so they had to be taken away and redone...another disappointment. Finally after contacting the owner himself did we get some action and within a week we got our job done but 5 months of waiting to be fully completed. The wardrobes are great but it was a very painful experience.

Nice product and great end result.
Also good value for money.
On the delivery side there were a few hang-ups but in the end all went well.

Service is great - certainly at the top end of pricing for wardrobes.

Always wanted a Boston wardrobe-Very disappointed.
Very long process. First contact 26/5/22 and only completed late October.
Poor communication between builder (recommended by Boston wardrobe), sales rep and installers and people who painted the villa door. One cupboard smaller than the other,
when they should be symmetrical. Paint spilled on brand new carpet.
Cupboards don’t make use of the available space.
Shoe Shelves don’t fit 2 pairs of shoes but too wide for just one- wasted space.
Considering that they are custom made- they are not as fabulous as I was expecting. Disappointed that experts in wardrobes couldn’t get it right- and don’t seem to care!

Great service in removing, storing and reinstalling our wardrobe after a flood while we renovated.

Waiting long time to finish the job.

Hi,
We are now using our wardrobe and like the final results. The only disappointment was that when we initially used it, my shirts were not fully hanging. This was a design flaw which should have been foreseen by the designer. To your credit this was quickly remedied, but we now have unwanted holes in our wardrobe, along with 2 surplus drawers. Also, the drawers were not installed correctly, but this too was quickly remedied. Overall we are happy with the end result.
