Awful after service when something is…

Awful after service when something is wrong.
Bought two and one doesn’t have the part that was paid for… so asked for a replacement of it before Christmas… not one further appointment or attempt at correspondence from boots. I went in once and was told to email them… and I have done so and got no response from them. It’s left me frustrated, because all they want is a sell… the aftercare, goes… and you are left even if isn’t good enough.

Boots support sent me a booking date…

Boots support sent me a booking date and time that was different to the booking I had made with Bethany at Witney. Confusion!

Went to get my hearing tested because I ad difficulty hearing people clearly in a crowd.

Went to get my hearing tested because I thought it was getting bad. Met Bethany from Boot Hearing. She was a very bright and happy lady who made the whole test easy to do and understand. Results show I have hearing loss in the higher frequency ranges and hearing aids will help. Bethany gave me a demo pair programmed for me and I walked around the local shops. I was amazing the difference it made.
