Complete disregard for customer care…

Complete disregard for customer care and satisfaction. Cancelling my appointment less than 12 hours before it’s due for the fitting of hearing aids. The hearing aids cost close to £4000 and the service I’ve received is despicable. So despicable I have cancelled the entire thing and I will take my business elsewhere. Your customer care text team yes text!! said you can ring us if you want to. How about you ringing me! diabolical service

Very kind and caring consultants

Very kind and caring consultants at both branches of Boots I attended, at Wigan and Warrington. Thorough examination of both ears and microsuction, then a very intensive audio exam to determine my level of hearing loss. I have unilateral hearing loss and my consultant was able to determine that I had some residual activity in my deaf ear and gave me a GP referral to have this investigated further.

Timon was the audiologist at Boots

Timon was the audiologist at Boots, Robin Park retail park, Wigan. He was very polite & courteous during my hearing test. He was very thorough in explaining the process of the test & options open to me. A demonstration of a hearing aid was given with Bluetooth connection to my phone. He allowed me time to walk around the store wearing the aids to get an experience of noise and clarity, also trying out my Bluetooth connection with a phone call. I was very impressed with the service.
