Terrible customer service

Today for the second times this week my fathers hearing exam has been cancelled. You receive a text strangely at exactly the same time cancelling yet you cannot speak to anyone just reschedule snd wait hoping it will go ahead. Terrible customer service.

I attended Boots hearing care at…

I attended Boots hearing care at Romford 4 times from a routine hearing test to fitting of hearing aids, each time I was seen by Naheela who was very attentive and professional at no time was I rushed and we had time to chat as well, very happy with my experience at boots and with Naheela.
