Boots hearing a must

I had a really pleasant experience at Boots Audiology when I went in regarding hearing aids. Emma looked after me, and she was absolutely lovely—friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The service felt very professional but also personal, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Boots Audiology, especially if you can see Emma.

Cannot recommend this company

Cannot recommend this company. Devices and staff fine but accessing aftercare very difficult. I have had my hearing aides 2 years, last year my annual aftercare appt was cancelled 3 times over a 2-3 month period. Today’s appt also cancelled. If, like me, you are elderly with deteriorating hearing, go elsewhere where they know how to schedule appointments sensibly.

Audiology Appointment

Emma was very welcoming and helpful. She is knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble. Emma goes to great lengths to relax her customers.

Audiologist at Boots Camberley

Had a hearing test at Boot Camberley and was seen by Emma. What a wonderful audiologist she is, she is very professional and friendly, explained everything so well and made the whole experience so relaxed. She is clearly a asset to the team, would be happy to go and see her again and recommend her service.

DISAPPOINTMENT

I keep booking appointments at Boots Camberley & at the last minute they cancel it without any good reason. This happened twice. Today, they canceled my appointment after sending me a confirmation message yesterday. Always the next appointment is after a whole month. This happened twice before. So I have to rearrange my whole life AGAIN. I feel SO much disappointed & upset that I am not going to book any more appointments with Boots in Camberley

This morning i had an appointment at…

This morning i had an appointment at Boots Hearingcare in Camberley Surrey. I had a problem with my hearing aids not charging at all, so i purchased a new charger for £100, when i put my aids in the new charger the aids didn’t charge. I rang the head office in Wales yesterday and they made an appointment for this morning at 9.15 to see Mr kariyatty at Boots in Camberley. I went there thinking the aids needed repairing,which would cost me a lot of £££’s. Mr Kariyatty checked the hearing aids and the charger, he then held the aids in his hand and hey presto he put them in my charger and they started to charge, a smaller company could easily charged me for new batteries or even say i needed to replace my hearing aids, and i left the store a very happy person. Thank you Mr Kariyatty & Boots Hearingcare.
