Stacey was knowledgeable, cheerful& friendly. There was no pressure to buy but clear explanations of the different hearing aids to help me choose which ones would suit me best.
Unfortunately I had 3 appointments cancelled so I was grateful that this appointment went ahead. Very relaxed atmosphere, further testing completed and aids ordered and collected within a few days. Fu... See more

Appointment postponed i wasn't informed
I had an appointment booked for some weeks in advance for a hearing test, received an Email asking to confirm that i would attend a couple of days beforehand which i said i can confirm i would be there. When i turned up it was a staff training day and there was no one there that could do hearing tests. A wasted morning. No one had informed me, and apparently i wasn't the only person. I'm sure the people working there are great but organisationally it needs to be improved.

I attended Boots in Alton knowing that I need to replace my cheap aids with some new tech. I was recommend buy a friend plus, Boots had a major online advertising campaign of 15% off in Jan 2024.
The service from the audiologist was first class. I decided on the top of the range Starkey aids.
When we discussed the price, I then found out that the 15% off was not applicable. I find this business practice from Boots a most trusted brand, totally appalling.

Professional services with a smile
Cancellations…
Appointments were fine when I had them but both initial appointment and the one booked to fit the aids were cancelled at very short notice causing me a lot of inconvenience.
