Horrible, terrible, i am short of words to describe the pathetic experience. I booked tickets on 28 sept for 29 sept 6.50 pm show at 7.35 pm on 28 sept and it took the same date booking of 28 instead of 29, whereas it should not accept the booking when the time has passed, but it took the booking, later when i called the customer care and asked them to change booking to 29 sept or refund they declined both the options. i am their client for quite a long time, even though requested them to relook into it they were same cold and hearless, no wonder their rating is 1.6 and sure will hit zero soon.

Worst 3rd party ever. I booked tickets for a venue which was extremely pathetic in conditions. All their 3D glasses were either broken or in a dirty state making it blurry which btw we tried cleaning too. We had to leave the movie because of this and couldnt enjoy tad bit. I raised the complaint very moment and they said they’re getting back to me. Only ive been calling them since that day - past 8 days and gotten zero response. They base the complaint on the vendor and not customer - told me the vendor said this so we closed the complaint (WITHOUT EVEN LETTING ME KNOW)
BookMyShow, you've sunk to a new low! Your platform may offer convenience, but your customer service is an unmitigated disaster. I've had the misfortune of experiencing it firsthand.
After a failed transaction, I tried to reach out to your team multiple times. Guess what? Radio silence! No response, no resolution, no nothing. It's like you're deliberately ignoring customers.
Your complaint handling process is a joke. No one follows up, no one cares. It's like shouting into a void. I've lost count of the number of times I've tried to get assistance, only to be met with deafening silence.

Very bad service
Nowadays, if we use a buy one get one offer, the booking fails, and it takes 4-7 days to get a refund. In the meantime, we lose the offer. It's a very pathetic game BookMyShow is playing. Even as a superstar user, I didn't get any response to my support message in 2 hours, even though they claim to provide priority support and resolve all issues within 1 hour.

I bought 4 tickets for the Moha Bagan Kolkata football match derby v East Bengal. I received an online booking confirmation and QR code. 2 days prior to match I had not received info about how to collect my physical tickets. I got through to customer service whi told me I can collect from the stadium up to 20 mins before. We arrived at stadium 2 hours before to collect tickets to be told that the ticket office was closed and had been shut 4 hours ago! Tickets could not be used and bookmyshow have refused a refund. Will not be using this company again!

Cheating at the time of ticket booking. On seat availability screen it was showing 320 and when I went to payment page, it shows 340. I went back to check on booking page again and it shows 320 again.
Customer care guy (Maruf) told in a recorded manner that it's dynamic pricing without clarifying that if dynamic pricing works than why booking page was still showing 320.
It's blatant cheating on a busy day.

I wanted to watch a regional movie with some of my relatives. Since I wanted to know if the movie had subtitles (my relatives cannot understand this particular language)I called bookmyshow customer care(with a hold time of around 30mins).
The staff told me there are no subtitles to the particular movie. When I went to the theatre alone I got to see that there were subtitles to the movie.
I was misled by bookmyshow staff. My relatives who wanted to watch the movie missed it because of the false information from the staff. I expected better quality of service from such a reputed company.

Balaji Group have started Balaji Movieplex BMX Cinemas, Littleworld, Kharghar recently. I have bought Ticket for this Hall, today 9 am movie Salaar. I used to go to Balaji Cinemas, Koperkhairne for watching pictures for the last Ten years. Because of that reason, confidently I reached Koperkhairne Balaji at 8.58 am. After that, the Ticket Collector revealed that one more Hall they have started at Kharghar and the ticket pertains to that Hall. I felt so disappointed and I had no time to go all the way from Koperkharine to Kharghar, becasue it takes at least 45 minutes. He further stated that he has seen many families are reaching Koperkharne Hall, by mistake, and without observing the address on the ticket. I think it is the negligence of the Bookmyshow that they should not have mentioned the name Balaji in Bookmyshow site for this new hall, because many families like us would be under impression that this is Balaji Koperkhairne. My money has gone and my mood to watch Salaar Picture has also gone, because of this careless attitude of the Bookmyshow.

First, they changed the timing of show that caused me great inconvenience. I opted for refund on October 2, but haven't got my refund till now. I won’t recommend anyone to use it for booking tickets
