I cannot find enough words to thank Olha for the incredible support she’s provided while coordinating my medical care. Navigating the healthcare system in Spain can be a massive challenge, but Olha makes it look easy.
She has been there at all hours, taking calls and constantly arranging (and rearranging) appointments to make sure everything stayed on track. From handling complex translations to navigating the many hurdles of getting care abroad, she has been on top of every single detail.
It is so refreshing to work with a professional who is as caring as she is capable. If you need someone to help you through the medical process here, Olha is the person you want in your corner. Truly a gold-standard coordinator.

Peace of mind
I found Bookimed after a Google search and could not have been happier with my experience. Tetiana was my guide throughout the whole experience. She took time to understand exactly what I was looking for, provide me with choices that met my requirements and was simply available to answer questions, big and small throughout the entire process. I have been so impressed with kindness, communication, clear understanding and sheer support of Tetiana through Bookimed and have already recommended them to several friends. Finding the right surgeon, hospital, price etc can feel very overwhelming and to have someone there at every step to be an intermediary and answer what may feel like silly questions, with patience made the whole experience exciting and fun, rather than stressful. Very important to know, too, that Bookimed doesn't charge for their services- the hospitals cover that, so you are paying the same price as the hospitals quote directly.
We sorted our own accomodation, but i know that Tetiana could recommend and arrange accomodation too if we had wished it. I highly recommend them and can't thank her enough.

I'd like to talk about Greece, a unique country globally, advanced in culture, science, and thought. When we spoke via WhatsApp, the medical coordinator arranged everything according to the agreement, and they were incredibly cooperative. When we arrived in Greece, everything was as we expected and even better. The doctors were wonderful, very committed, and possessed exceptional scientific expertise. They were meticulous in their examinations and diagnoses and provided us with a great deal of assistance and advice. The medical coordinator followed up on everything and maintained constant communication. I highly recommend visiting the Antropolkan Clinic in Thessaloniki, northern Greece. Bookimed is quite good at arranging and helping out with medical trips in other countries. Dealing with them via WhatsApp was quite easy and I was able to pick a package and clinic that I needed based on what I told them. All in all, can recommend.

Had my hair transplant in Turkey…
Had my hair transplant in Turkey through Bookimed last month. Pretty smooth experience overall.
Yuliia was my coordinator. She was responsive and helpful with all arrangements. Clinic was professional, translator made communication easy. Transfer and hotel were fine, no issues there.
One thing - could use better info on aftercare products beforehand, but staff sorted it out quickly.
Results look good so far, but the real results I'll see in 6-12 months. Happy with the decision.

I got a lower facelift and neck lift at…
I got a lower facelift and neck lift at ID clinic in Bangkok. Less than one year later my neck is saggy and it doesn’t even look like it was done. Bookimed recommended the surgeon. I put my trust in them. Now I am contacting them and no response as to my next steps. Don’t trust them. The lady who worked for them and was I was in contact with no longer works there. Don’t go to is clinic for any surgery.
