I am loving using Bookalet, it has made running my holiday homes so much easier and guests can book direct with me so easily. Any contact I have had with the Customer support team has been both friendly and helpful, I am recommending them to anyone who asks.
Bookalet is an absolute nightmare to use. Take it from someone that has been in this business for many years and on many platforms. The system is a shambles that cancels out dates on other calendars and then when you tell them they say its something YOU have done. Over £700 for a broken system that is losing me not only the £700+, but much more through lost bookings on other platforms thanks to their stupid system not doing its job properly! Maybe it works for one property on one other platform, but for someone with many properties on a few platforms all this does is screw everything up! Don't bother asking for a refund becayuse you won't get one! I hope you have a rotten 2025. YOU DESERVE IT!!!!!!!!
