Market Leading Platform - Worth Using

I have used a number of other similar sector products, some said to be market leading but FreetoBook offers a much better, comprehensive, scalable platform. What I like is the structure, the commone sense approach, the excellent bite-sized tutorials. The company appears to be in touch with client needs and adjusts. If you are tired of your current application / platform, recommend, Sign up and have a play. It takes a little adjustment, I found, more because of the cumbersome previous applications I had to accommodate. But, once you get your head around this, it just works. The more you use the more built-in features you will discover. I sense it is more tailored towards hotel/guest house, but you can get it to work well for SC. As I said, I really like that as your business needs/confidence grow, you can scale other services.
Lastly, not only is the product good, but I get a sense that the company culture is one of developing products that work for END USERS rather than the usual approach IT/IS professional approach of we know best. I am not easily pleased, but having been using a while, I am impressed.

GuestTappy

After recently switching to an iphone, I used GuestTappy for the first time today. I cannot begin to express how EASY it was to use AND... how the payment transaction was taken so PROFESSIONALLY.
Prior to GuestTappy, if a guest did not complete the on-line registration, or was a 'walk in', their address and card details needed to be inserted manually. Very time consuming - moreso if their address was not in English.
After watching the short, clearly explained, Freetobook on-line video explaining GuestTappy, I had the confidence to set up the app. A few clicks and it was 'good to go'.
HUGE thanks to all at Freetobook. What a great addition to your already incredible platform. Superb customer service, for which I am so very grateful for.

Excellent from the start

FreetoBook has been excellent from the start. It was easy to set up, even for a non-techy like me. We have a small bed & breakfast and are trying to move away from costly OTAs. FreetoBook was easy to embed into our website. I did have a few questions/issues, and their customer service has been top-notch: responsive and helpful. Got our first website booking yesterday and the info they send on the guest is amazing. RECOMMEND without reservation (pun intended)

Guestappy - Wow!

Easy to use as a business owner, professional and helpful. Constantly finding innovative ways to help ordinary mortals to improve our day-to-day business profile without masses of 'potential' analyses and reports that we never use. Guestappy is absolutely brilliant and so simple for owners and guests to use - groundbreaking and deserves an award!

Over 10 years use, Simple to use and feature rich

We have worked with Freetobook for over Ten years, the Channel Manager is simple to use and yet feature rich.

Fully integrated with the OTA's giving us a reliable stable single diary to manage it's the easiest one to use of the three we tried.

The fees are extremely reasonable as you only pay for the features you need.

The service is comparable to working with family members, they are know entities who engage freely with us on social media and do not hide behind phone systems and IVR systems.

The helpdesk is always maned and extremely responsive.

We consider the team at FTB to be not only vital partners but also in many cases friends.

If you are not using a channel manager or not engaging with the wider market the tools they include will far outweigh any modest price you pay.

We’ve had a great experience

We’ve had a great experience using freetobook at Pinewood Cottage B&B & Apartment. The system is straightforward, reliable, and designed with independent accommodation owners in mind. The support team is always helpful and quick to respond, and we really appreciate the focus on helping us increase direct bookings without unnecessary costs. Highly recommend to anyone in the hospitality industry!

I've just been to the road show…

I've just been to the road show Freetobook had recently there were new customers and many existing ones there to get an insight of new systems we can use to help our businesses alot of the team were there to answer questions, what you have to remember is they develop so if I need something like an app to help customer contact booking etc unless I'm a techy geek I can't do it these guys understand what we need in the accommodation side and wa see things we didn't know we needed yes they are passionate about what they do and I think sometimes the tangent went a bit techy on occasions but if they didn't get us together I find out from us sitting there what else we needed from the system they would not be the excellent company they are

Poor. Didn't meet expectations.

Went to FreetoBook roadshow in Blackpool. It was the worst 60 minutes with poor delivery, lack of structure and if you asked a question it was answered in such a ridiculous way no kne understood. Won't be going to another one.

Hi Wayne, thanks for the feedback, it's tough to hear it from a valued customer like yourself but we're always keen to listen - as I said at the end of the event your feedback helps us learn and improve.  We put on this Technology roadshow for free and we keep it open to all accommodation businesses (not just freetobook customers) with the aim of helping businesses understand the impact of technology and how they can benefit from using it. Pitching it right for all isn't easy, there's a lot of change coming with things like AI and it's important we can share these in a way that helps businesses with practical steps they can take to benefit from these changes. 
It was great to have so many people there and the sessions were really interactive with lots of questions and discussion. We do set the sessions up in a way that folks can pick and choose what they want to attend, so even if they only stay for one of the five and get something from it - that's a success!
We also think it's a good opportunity for businesses to chat and mingle amongst themselves whilst enjoying the refreshments. Sometimes we are bringing together people that would otherwise not have met and listening to them share their challenges and solutions is what it's about.

Top-notch product and stellar service

An amazing company that provides a top-notch product and stellar service. Easy to navigate, both for experienced teams and for novices. Their video tutorials are terrific. Additionally, every time we have questions, they are prompt to respond. Their insight into the business and how to drive direct bookings is second to none. Heather is a gem and a terrific support. If you are looking for a booking platform, you absolutely should look at Freetobook. You will not be disappointed!

Personal service from family company

We can't speak highly enough of Freetobook. They're a small, family company based in Scotland who do a fabulous job of managing the booking function of our accommodation website. They always answer the phone and sort out problems when you need them during office hours and there's rarely a problem to do with the system they can't solve. We plan to stick with them and not be tempted away by the many (probably bigger and less personal) companies who regularly attempt to take their business.

Above and Beyond

Above and Beyond, personal and extremely professional. Outstanding Customer Service.

My husband and I had just purchased a lease of The HollyBush Inn, little proper country pub in Northumberland (Greenhaugh) and following the advice from the previous owner we decided to stay with Freetobook. It was the best decision we made. In advance of change of ownership, our account manager, Heather Scott, welcomed us via a phone call followed by detailed and extensive information of all steps to follow on the day in which we were transferring the data from the previous account to ours, we did not miss one single booking, guests messages or payments. Having the system was a life saver to manage the existence of booking and the new ones coming in, the messaging feature is outstanding as it captures communication from OTAs allowing us to centralise all the administration in one place, during the transition we did not experience any glitches, Freetobook supported us managing our Expedia bookings and as soon as booking.com allowed us to be live again, Freetobook reconnected us. After 2 weeks Heather made herself available to follow up with us and support us to climb the monumental learning curve we are facing atm.

The Freetobook system also allowed us to pursue payments from kind of problematic guests with the stripe integration. The system is very intuitive, the interface is extremely user friendly, clear and help managers to be efficient, freeing up time to be dedicate to guests.

The webinars are spot on, pedagogically organised, with hands on demonstrations. Really helpful to learn the incredible features the system offers.

The costumer service goes above and beyond! We are in our third week managing the Inn and it is crazy work, 16 hours/day, I can’t imagine how we would have managed without Freetobook.

All my appreciation to Heather and the Team for their dedication to their customers.

Excellent service & support

I've been using FTB for the past twelve seasons and have had to contact the helpdesk no more than a handful of times over that period. They've always been quick to assist in resolving whatever issue I'd encountered. I never expect an instantaneous response, as I understand that there is probably a lot going on, on a day to day basis. Stuff we never know about, behind the scenes. Today I had to contact them regarding some functionality that was not appearing on my 'Close Out' tab/page. Less than two hours later I got a reply confirming everything was now sorted. For me, that's simply excellent service. Credit where credit is due. Thank you to the FTB support team. 👏👍

Free to Book liberated my business and…

Free to Book liberated my business and raised the professionalism of our website and reservations. The system works perfectly across the world, regular updates new services options to add, plus great support from ahead Office has been fast and easy when I needed to make changes or fix a glitch. My advice to anyone opening or running a small to medium accommodation business signup and install Free to Book. Highly recommended
